Highly professional and competent outfit. Very efficient and informative from first call with receptionist through to end of service call with Taylor. The tech arrived on time, performed diagnosis on various issues, and prepared estimates. We discussed options and selected services to be performed. He was very clear on potential costs and caveats which I very much appreciated. The services were executed and the work sites were left in clean condition. Taylor was very forthcoming and answered many questions which allowed me to plan and focus on potential future issues. Overall very helpful and professional.

It was the most professional job I have ever experienced from a tradesperson. I was informed beforehand what the cost would be. Sam explained everything to me in detail, and cleaned up everything after completion. He took care of all the necessary permitting. He actually fixed a number of things which were wrongly done by those construction crews. You truly do get what you pay for with this company.

It was ideal. The repairman, Kelly, was prompt, extremely helpful, and did an excellent job. I will definitely use Legacy in the future. Highly recommended. So great to find a plumbing company with integrity.

Legacy Plumbing had an Angie's List award and many perfect ratings, so I gave them a call. Daniel and Luis did an outstanding job investigating the issues, explaining the solutions to me, and quickly completing the repairs. There were a few small gas leaks that I had not noticed, but Daniel pointed out the evidence and took care of the issues. I was very impressed and will use Legacy for any future needs.

Water was leaking into the house. The receptionist helped with turning main off to the house. Scheduled the repair for that day. Excellent work and efficient. Have used before and will use again.

They gave me a schedule, stuck to it and did an excellent job. Every aspect of the entire project was done professionally and everyone was very courteous.

I found Legacy Plumbing on Angie's List after a former plumber gave me an estimate of $800 to $2000 to take care of the leaks. He was also going to tear out my shrubs. One call to Legacy and I felt like I was in a dream (not a nightmare)! They immediately set my appointment for the following week, which was fine with me. Within the hour they called me back to advise they could have Sean out the next day. Wow! Well, Sean was right on time. He immediately looked at the work needed and within 5 minutes gave me an estimate of $450 to $550. Approximately 2 1/2 hours later he was finished. I was shocked when he showed me the work, including a shut off valve on my side which I did not have before! The final bill was $471. The meter and all pipes looked, and most were, brand new. Everything at the meter was all freshly painted and looked wonderful! The folks at Legacy Plumbing obviously know how to treat a customer! The young lady in the office was very pleasant and professional to speak with! Sean was a pleasure to talk to also, and it was obvious he took pride in his work. He really knew his business! I now have a new BFF in the pluming business! Thank you Legacy!!!

I requested Mr. Cuellar because he had been around before and was wonderful. He figures things out fast and is full of information. He is respectful of your home because I don't even have to ask before he is covering his shoes with footies. He cleans up afterwards. I really wish all companies were this nice to deal with. The receptionist there is always pleasant, and reminder call the day before as well as the I'm 15 minutes away call is appreciated.

They get me in promptly and they showed up on time.

They were able to give me a same day appointment. Both technicians, Wayne and Skyler, were very professional and explained everything (including all the costs) in detail prior to beginning the work.

While he waited for the Static test to end Wayne also cleaned the drain and checked the function of our Jacuzzi bathtub, cleaned out the stopped drain. The tub functions just great, the drain is clear, we have no leaks and we are very pleased We would recommend Legacy Plumbing to anyone and the price was very reasonable. Great people, great job.

Great. Plumber was on time, friendly, efficient, took the time to show and explain what was wrong, how it was fixed, and gave preventative tips. He also taught me a trick or two in clearing up the tub drain for the future. I don't remember the exact cost or date.

Excellent. Everyone I interfaced with at Legacy Plumbing - multiple front office staff, consultation with their master plumber and the plumbers who did the work - were completely professional. They spent the time to explain options and make recommendations. I initially had planned on replacing my tanks with a tankless version but they provided compelling reasons (water hardness and additives that corroded internals quickly) that made the tankless systems unreliable and short-lived. They are probably not going to be the cheapest option around but they use top quality parts, do solid work and are extremely responsive. Very customer service oriented (refreshing!).

Over the last 20 years, I have tried out several other places which charge less. But I have realized that I am definitely getting my money's worth with Legacy Plumbing. Absolutely no doubt about it!!

The plumber was on time and very personable. He was very quick. He showed me the charges before he started the work and the price remained the same. He provided a detailed receipt of the work that was performed and a list of the equipment he installed. This will be used for the warranty on the plumber's work and for the equipment manufacturers. I will definitely hire this company again.
