Great. Despite heavy rust in old unit, install was completed timely.

I couldn't be more satisfied. Problems were identified and fixed. They also fixed a minor problem in our laundry free of charge. I assured them they would be our choice for any future plumbing needs. And they actually arrived even earlier than their scheduled time.

Taylor, from Legacy, was great. Walked me through what he was seeing and gave me recommendations and allowed me to choose my services. He was very professional and polite. Arrived on time and was pleasant in conversation. Finished up on time and left my place as clean as what it was before he arrived, probably more so as he repaired my water leak. He discussed with me the benefits of purchasing a program through his company, but when I declined, he did not attempt to push me further. Scheduling was quick, and estimates were given in a timely manner as well. I would recommend their services.

The job took about 2 hours or so, even having someone bring him another toilet, as he only had one on his truck. Now, several days later everything is still working well and we have had no further problems. I have been impressed with my first interaction with Legacy Plumbing. They communicated well up front and I was extremely pleased with Taylor -- not just his repair work (which was terrific) but he was very personable, polite, and professional. I really didn't care to spend $1,100 replacing two toilets; however, I did check and found that the toilets we bought from Legacy I could get from Home Depot for $238 (inc. tax) each and with the $289 installation per unit, the cost was only $65 less than we paid. I also checked to see what the average cost is in our area to replace a toilet and found that it was actually a little more than we paid, so out cost would have been about the same -- and we got it done right then. Based on that and our overall experience I feel we made the right choice with the right company. I'll call Legacy again if I have any plumbing needs!

Work went smoothly. The plumbers were polite and informative. Everything was left clean and in good shape.

Kelly tracked down a leak in upstairs tub/shower. Had to go through downstairs ceiling to make full repairs. Professional, worked as quickly as possible, neat by covering work area and vacuuming up minor debris afterwards. The leak is fixed!😀

Very well. Initial response was prompt. Diagnosis thorough and recommended repair process explained in detail. Actual repair procedure was performed timely and within estimate. One issue concerned with back-filling the access hole & tunnel. Legacy personnel reviewed and provided for correction; which was satisfactory.

One person came out, Sam. He explained the process of what he was doing, step by step. He originally tried, then he came back. He left the area clean.

Great experience. Daniel and Clint, his apprentice, were on time. He explained everything that needed to be done in detail. He was extremely knowledgeable and very very helpful discussing with us other upcoming projects we might have done in the future. Would definitely use this company again.

We called Legacy Plumbing one afternoon after they were referred to my husband by some friends. They set up to do the job the next day at 2pm but called by 11am and asked if they could come earlier as they had finished the job before us early. This worked out fine for me. They were well groomed and friendly putting on shoe covers before coming in the house. They were patient as I explained the problems and they gave me options on the extent of the repairs. Our house is about 10 years old and our toilets had corrosion inside the tanks of the toilets and some were running continuously and on the verge of leaking outside the toilet at the shut off valve when I tried to turn it off to stop the running. The continuous running had caused my water bill to go up. The City of McKinney had told me if I had service done and a written explanation to show the repair was fixed the City would give me a discount on the excess water charges. Legacy Plumbing wrote up a good explanation of the work done. I was thankful. We have 5 toilets in the house. Two had previously been serviced but the parts used were inferior to the parts put in by Legacy Plumbing. The parts used by Legacy were stronger and much more quiet when flushed. They offered a Gold Member Service agreement that will save me the cost of the service calls in the future plus an additional discount on the work done. This will save me in the long run as I will be needing 2 other toilets repaired within the year. The service techs took their time to do the job right to my satisfaction. They shut off the water to the house to do the work. They checked the hot water tanks in the attic. They put blue dye in the serviced toilet at the end to show that it no longer was leaking into the bowl plus a one year warranty on the new shut off valve. I felt very comfortable with the techs in my house. Two men came, one was the supervisor and one was an apprentice that had been with the company for at least 5 months. The supervisor observed and advised throughout the job. I am thankful I had discontinued our Home Warranty and was able to select my own plumber and not one that was assigned to me the Home Warranty company. Called Legacy Plumbing based on high ratings on Angie's List. Dispatcher told me someone would be out the following day, which was acceptable. The dispatcher called me later in the day to tell me someone was available in the next 30 minutes, and could I accept the appointment. I was able to have Kelly come to replace a couple of 20 year old valves, and was very pleased with the service. Kelly was very professional, and completed the job as requested and cleaned the work area once done. Kelly also assisted me with attaching the valves to the new sink we purchased. Kelly left me his card and told me to call his cell phone directly in case we run into any problems. This will be the only plumber I will call in the future. Highly recommended.

Legacy is the best plumber I have ever known! They were highly responsive and attentive from the first time I called and through the whole process of getting the leak repaired. My plumber, Canon, gave me the confidence that he knew what needed to be done and then patiently offered and compared the different options. He was clear on the pricing and there weren't any surprises when it came time to pay. The administrative team at the office is so nice that you'll think you're talking with family! p.s. I called nearly seven other plumbers before I chose Legacy!

Two other companies couldn't fix the problem (one made it worse) and said we needed to replace the whole system under the house. Legacy got the line unblocked and gave us a couple of options for longer-term solutions at a very fair price.

very good experience all around. I left a message after hours and got a call back before 830 the next day and I had a plumber at my house by 9, problem was fixed by 10am. Well worth the money for the responsiveness--hard to come by these days.

Water had been leaking either under the floor or inside a wall of my master bathroom for days. Another company had sent a plumber to evaluate the problem and prepare a bid. It took a week for me to get the bid proposal, despite four calls regarding it. When it arrived it seemed very high to me, so I found Legacy plumbing, and they sent Canon and Enoch the very next day. Instead of tunneling under my house as the other plumber had suggested, they identified the location of the leak, accessed it through an interior wall, and accessed another necessary area through the exterior brick. Everything was completed within four hours, including perfect replacement of the bricks, and clean up inside the house, for less than half the cost of the other bid. Both men were friendly and very professional. I was impressed with the young woman who answered my initial call; Mr. Young who returned that call with information for me, and with Canon and Enoch. From now on when someone asks me who my plumber is I will have a ready answer, "Legacy Plumbing!"

Excellent, if not better! The talent of Daniel and Luis was above my expectations and they debugged the problem, explained it all to me and repaired the issue quickly. Previous work done had not been done correctly and the former repair work was ripped out and replaced with proper fittings and PEX tubing.

All was repaired as needed in a very professional manner.
