VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CLEAN BUSINESS,  JAKE IS HONEST AND WILL TAKE THE TIME TO EXPLAIN ALL THE DETAILS .   I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN HAPPIER WITH THE MY EXPERIENCE,  I ONLY WISH I HAD TAKEN MY CAR TO THEM IN THE FIRST PLACE.  I WILL IN THE FUTURE.

Most services were completed the first day with the engine mounting bracket needed to be ordered. Services were performed in a timely fashion. All work looks to be of great quality.

I received a call from Jake and he informed me that my instructions were being followed, that they had discovered the need for front brake pads/shoes to be replaced.  And the front ball joints also needed to to be replaced.  Following that they would need to do a four wheel alignment.  The price of all that was a surprise, but I knew from past experience of not taking care of this kind of job, I could face a disaster.  Jake said they would be able to work with me on the payment.  I told him to go ahead with the whole job and he said I could pick it up the next morning.  I asked for a specific time since I had an appointment in the late morning.  And he said he'd call me back to let me know.  About 5:00p.m., I got a call and the job was just about finished.  He informed me I could pick the car up around 6:00 p.m. so they worked overtime for me.  I was tickled pink.  Thank goodness, I  had enough money on hand to cover the total amount, but they gave me a great discount on the labor.  Nothing like the cost of going to a dealership.    I've only found one other repair shop in the DFW area as good as this one and it's 2 hours from me.  L.D Automotive is about 10-15 minutes away.  I'm delighted to have found this place and recommended to Arron that they join Angie's List and that I was going to post a report on them.  Arron responded that he had already place an ad with the list.  Now my only concern is they might be swamped next time I need some work done.  The phone number is 469-579-5803.  Their business slogan is "Customer Satisfaction is our Goal."  I certainly agree they resemble that slogan.
