High Performance Restoration was recommended by a friend who had used them in the past and was very satisfied. I'm also satisfied with their work on my home and will hire them again if needed. They found some additional damage and worked with my insurance company to ensure all damaged areas were covered. The quality of their work is outstanding. All of my questions and concerns were addressed so I can highly recommend High Performance Restoration.

Had a great experience with HPR especially after getting at least 10 roofers through the neighborhood. I have never dealt with hail and wind in California like I have in Texas. And after our first experience i really wasn’t sure who to go to. Preston and Devin from Hpr were really professional and no pressure like a couple of the other companies with whom I spoke to. They held up everything that they told me from timeline to start and finish date.. and the they put on a hybrid roof which looks amazing and they did awesome work.. looks great and I would highly recommend them.. I will be a definite customer from here on out and I won’t be calling any other company if I need it..

The entirety of the project went very smoothly and was extremely easy on me as the home owner. Aaron Sims and Jaime Michel tag-teamed leading our project and coordinating with the various subcontractors and it could not have been simpler. Jaime and Aaron came out to the house on the same date and time my insurance adjuster was there and walked with the adjuster to make sure that all of the damage was noted and paid for (Traveler's insurance is fantastic, by the way -- highly recommend as well. Inexpensive, comprehensive coverage. No issues with a same-day payout and easy to file and complete the claim). Afterwards, we walked through the damage report and they thoroughly explained all of the options available. Jaime was extremely knowledgeable concerning what we had for our current roof and explaining the differences between their options. We were able to obtain a much, much higher quality roof than what we started with. After we finished our meeting to move forward and made selections on what we wanted, Aaron was my primary point of contact. He was always punctual with our meetings. At each major step, he would arrive a few minutes early and be waiting to ensure that the scheduled subcontractor was there on time and knew exactly what they needed to do. It was great having him there to keep track of everyone as, coming from a corporate business culture where if someone sets a meeting time, everyone will be there on time, the roofing service culture is much more relaxed on meeting times ("we'll be there between 1 and 5pm"); Aaron kept everyone else punctual as well, and on the rare occasion someone was late, he was able to get information quickly so I wasn't waiting around wasting my time. All in all, it was less than a 3 week process from assessment to roof, gutters, down spouts, window screens, etc all being replaced. Very painless on my end. I would highly recommend working with Aaron Sims and Jaime Michel at High Performance Roofing.

I hired High Performance Restoration, project led by Michael Lee, last year to put my house back in order after significant hail damage. I am 100% satisfied. Michael was polite, respectful and very responsive. Case in point: a sub-contractor did a poor job of removing roofing nails from my neighbor’s yard. Michael was there the next morning to personally run a magnet through the yard to resolve the problem.

I just had HPR replace my roof due to hail damage and it was such an amazing process working with Doug and his team. He was always available to talk me through any questions that I had about the quote and options. They provided great options at a competitive price for the shingle types and upgrades and I ended up going with the Vista shingles and am very pleased with how they turned out. Their team showed up on time the day of service and was very professional and considerate while they worked. When they finished I walked around my house and did not find even a small piece of trash that was left behind. They did a great job cleaning up after they were done. Doug provided updates with photos as the work was being done, which was above and beyond what any other roof company has ever done in the past. HPR has earned my business and trust for any future roof needs. These guys really are in a class above the competition with their customer service, products and standard of work. So glad I went with them to replace my roof.

Doug is excellent!! I talked to 3 different companies to replace my roof and they were all good but Doug was extraordinary. He took his time to explain everything in detail with no ambiguity. He went above and beyond to do more than what is in the contract. Highly recommend him!!

Isaac came over within a few days to discuss shingle options and ROI of each. He helped me understand the typical insurance claim process as well as working with the HOA. Isaac came back when my insurance adjuster walked my property and accompanied him to point out additional damage that the adjuster might have missed. With the claim amount known, Isaac walked me through shingle options again with costs and benefits. Given the summer heat and annual threat of severe hail storms, I decided to invest in the Ecoasis Premium Malarkey shingles. Isaac used text messaging to keep me up to date on repair schedule and when the crew would be onsite. He also came daily after the crew left to ensure nails and materials were properly cleaned up as well as inspect the quality of the roof install. Although the installation took 3 full days, Isaac clearly explained the extra time was due to high winds one day (two-story house) and the crew needed to redo a section as it didn't pass his inspection. Isaac continued to keep me informed of additional scheduling for gutter replacement and window screen repair via text and stopping by in person over the next couple of weeks. Given the number of homes damaged in the area and the multiple repairs I know Isaac was overseeing, I never felt forgotten or slighted at one point during the repair timeframe.

I highly recommend High Performance Restoration if you are looking to get your roof replaced. Isaac Price was there to help from the begining to the end. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He even double checked my attic to make sure I didn't have any leaks. After the job was done he walked through my yard with a metal dictator to make sure there were no nails left.

Tyler came out and was extremely professional. He was upfront and honest right from the beginning. He looked over all of the issues and thoroughly explained all of the options. He educated us on what he would recommend and the reasons for it. He gave us an honest timeline and was in touch with us every step of the way. My experience working with High Performance was great. I received great customer service from the first call. Brad and his team worked quickly to inspect my roof and gutters and provided me with an estimate and worked closely with my insurance company to process the claim and complete the work. Once scheduled, they met with me to discuss details of what needed to be completed, answered all of the questions that I had and completed the work in a day and a half. I have a fantastic roof that I know will last! Their level of professionalism and follow-up can't be beat. I will definitely use them again for any projects that I need done.

I have really appreciated the responsiveness that Brad and Heidi provided to me through the process of getting everything repaired after the hail storm in 2016. Brad was able to fix a window that had been leaking a long time and, in theory, previously repaired by "window experts". It has now not leaked in over a year and when this most recent storm hit they came right out to take care of a broken skylight. I am happier with their work than any other roofer I have worked with in the past. I will hire them again but since they did such a good job my new roof is in good shape even though it was pummeled with hail last Friday! Brad expressed that he wanted his company to have a "win-win" scenario for his customers and himself and would prefer referrals rather than repeat business. I hope you will consider having him come work for you!

They are coming in a few weeks to install roof however the inspection went very well. Tyler Brown and Greg Schoenig were the most professional and courteous professionals I've ever come across. I will rate again once the job is complete.
