Steve was on time and very professional. We went over some leaks in my house. After looking at the three areas of concern, he went in the attic and identified about a foot long section of roofing where there was daylight showing through and indicated I would need a roofer to repair the area. He then walked around the outside of the house and identified a potential problem with the irrigation system that might be spraying water into the foundation of the house and could be causing the kitchen baseboard wetness and recommended that I have the sprinkler company come and check it more thoroughly. Then spent over two hours trying to unclog the primary drain from the A/C drip pan. The clogged drain was causing the pan to fill and when the water reached the overflow drain about half way up the pan side it was going out to the overflow drain exit on the patio and causing a constant dripping onto the patio. He spent a good deal of the time in the attic and it was an extremely hot day so I know the attic had to be over 110 degrees but he never gave up trying to get the clogged material out of the pipe. In the end he had to replace a section of PVC pipe and the PVC elbow joint that feeds into the guest bathroom plumbing. And when we looked at the material coming out of the old elbow joint neither of us could figure out what it was. So recommended that I have my A/C checked out to see if the material was coming from the unit since it did not look like rust or any other material that would clog the drain. I was very impressed with Steve's knowledge and precise explanations. And he arrived late in the day (4:00 pm) after having driven in from Oklahoma City from another commercial project. I would highly recommend Steve and GPS Plumbing and in fact passed his name on to another friend that was needing a plumber. I would definitely hire him again for any future plumbing issues.

Steve Gestner is first class. Very competent, straightforward, and honest. I have hired him before and was astounded at how efficient and thorough he is. His prices are the fairest anywhere!

I purchased the service in February but did not use it until June( Deal: $99 for $200 dollars worth of service) . Steve responded immediately to my email describing the issues I needed done. He was able to come to my home two days later. He was prompt and very professional. He made trip to Home Depot but found the handles would not work. He then worked with what I had and managed to get handles to work perfectly. He was a pleasure to work with.

The Steve showed up early, was ready to work and and was very knowledgeable and helpful. After getting the old piece out (no easy task) he went to Home Depot to get an exact replacement. There was no way to tell what was inside the brick until after it was removed. The installation went quickly and he cleaned up everything. Billing is electronic, and as soon as he was done he emailed me a copy of the invoice. Great work, great price and the convenience of electronic records. Would definitely call for all plumbing needs.

I contacted Steve first to see if changing out two faucets could be done in the two hour deal price. He said it could. He was extremely responsive to my emails and set up the time for service very quickly. I was putting in a new faucet in the kitchen and transferring the old one to the utility room. The old one had a small leak so we needed a part which we ended up ordering from the manufacturer. Once the part arrived, he came back and finished the job. It took the exact amount of time stated. He left everything clean and in order. He was very professional and polite. I would use him again!

Very professional and helpful. He did a lot more than I had expected and in a lot less time than I thought it would take. I would definitely use them again.

Steve was here on time and completed his work in a timely and professional manner. I left him the option of whether the stem valves for the shower or the outdoor faucets needed to be replaced, which would of course increased my costs. Steve said there was no need to replace, that he could simply repair, repack, and tighten. I appreciate his honesty and his good work. Will likely call him the next time I have a plumbing problem. This was done under the $99 Angie's List promotion.

The work was done well, quickly, and without incident.

Mr. Gerstner arrived at the time scheduled. Appropriately and impeccably attired, he donned shoe coverings and carefully arranged pads to cover floor areas (front door to sink) that might be in the path of the plumbing problem. The problem was kitchen sink stoppage which Mr. Gerstner quickly found was caused by a non-functioning garbage disposer and added that a new disposer was required. I agreed to pay for a new disposer, so Mr. Gerstner left for a local hardware store where he purchased the replacement. Upon returning, he installed the new disposer, checked its operation and that of the drain, then said all operated as it should. He presented the receipt for $108.21 from the hardware company for the disposer, and I paid for it. The coupon for the company's service cost $99.00. Mr. Gerstner removed all floor coverings and the old non-functioning disposer before leaving. Mr. Gerstner is very bright, personable, competent, and professional--would be an excellent subject for an ad or TV commercial.

I was very pleased with Steve's work and very good price. He repaired a leaking tub at one location and a leaking toilet at another for about the same price that I had been quoted, by someone else, for the toilet repair. And, on the tub repair he had to make 2 trips to the house and one to Home Depot.

Steve arrived on-time. Repaired everything within 2 hours even with a trip to Home Depot for parts. He did return to make additional repairs on both toilets. I feel both had defective parts since they both had the same problems and one has been a problem since I moved in the new house. The builder sent someone to replace the bowl but that did not stop water from dripping in the bowl. Steve was very polite, remained professional, fixed the problems and asked me to call him if there were additional concerns. Very satisfied with his work and would definitely contact him again. He wants his customers to be happy with his service and I am happy. No more dripping water!!

When Steve left my home, the wall under the sink was repaired and there was not a spot of dirt on my porch, in my kitchen, or in the bathroom. I was speechless when Steve presented me with the bill for all that work.. Angie's List had run a special for $99 for 2 hours of plumbing work which I had bought online. All I paid Steve over the original $99, was $37 for the parts for the faucet and toilet. I am guessing if I had called any plumber to make these same repairs, it would have cost me at least $400. I will keep this plumber's name forever.

I purchased a deal through Angie's List for 2 hours of plumbing services. Steve, the owner, was quick to reply to email about scheduling a date and time. He was easy to work with on a change of time to meet my schedule. He arrived on time and was able to perform all of the work requested (new kitchen faucet, leaking exterior spigot, leaking bathroom fixture, bad handle on shower fixture). His work was quick and did a great job keeping the areas clean. I got an estimate for further, more complex work in the future. RECOMMENDED!

I found wet carpet in the back of t closet, and a warm spot on the floor...turned out it was a dreaded slab leak. I called several other places first, but none would come out immediately, and their over-the phone estimates were way over the top. Steve came right over, explained my options, and gave a reasonable estimate. Unlike most, he charged me nothing for the original visit. We set a date for the repair, and he came right on time. I was very impressed by the care he took to do as little damage in the process as possible, and how hard he tried to contain the mess. He made the repair and patched up the hole right away. Steve is now my plumber on call, and I'd highly recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

The plumber arrived on time and was quickly able to survey the jobs. He identified what the issue was in each repair and discussed the solutions with me, quoting both cost and effort. He also indicated that he was not sure about the faucet fix and inquired if I would prefer to purchase a new faucet. I declined. He made a quick trip to the hardware store and returned with the necessary items to fix both problems. He was able to fix both leaks in about half an hour. He cleaned up the areas he worked in and was polite with me and my wife.

I logged on to Angieslist and searced for plumbers closest to my home and GPS was one of the first listed. I emailed GPS and Steve replied with a call. I explained the scope of work that was to be needed to be done and he provided an estimate and we sceduled time to install the toilets. It was very easy and not time consuming, less than 2 hours from start of research to scheduling the job. Steve arrived on time and completed the job in an extremely professional and timely manner. I will definately use GPS for future plumbing needs.
