I have multiple income properties and GPS Plumbing is my plumber of choice.  They do outstanding work at fair and reasonable prices and all work is completed right the first time every time!!!!  They are clean, honest, and extremely capable of performing all types of plumbing.  They are my only plumber - no others I have had in the past compare to GPS Plumbing - simply the best in the Metroplex P

mower discovered Friday morning that gas was leaking from gas meter line on my side of meter, so I looked to Angie's List for a plumber.  GPS had 100% A's and was close by, so I called him.  He said he was booked solid for the next couple of days but I should call another guy that he highly recommended, unfortunately he was booked out for 3-4 days, so I called Steve back for another referral and he said he would come by at the end of the day.  I made the mistake of calling Coserv because they locked down the meter which then requires that I would have to get the City of Frisco to inspect the work once the plumbing repair was done.  I'd understand if the repair was inside the house, but those are the rules.  
Great were are going to be without hot water for the whole weekend.  
Steve had the fix done Friday night and took the initiative to contact the city about a rapid inspection and found out there's a special service for an extra $100 and the city has a guy 24/7 to do inspections.  So Steve called him Friday night and but we could get no one to return calls.  So on Monday morning Steve first thing goes to do the paper work for the inspection bumps into the manager who told him about the special service and the guy that was supposed to be on call to do it.   Hope that problem gets fixed.  
Inspector arrived Monday mid morning and he contacted Coserv to say ok to turn gas back on, Coserv was there within the hour.  
Done. 
Steve went out of his way to work late on Friday and tried to get an inspector out that night which I greatly appreciate.  He's a great guy to talk to and would highly, highly recommend.

I called Steve on Saturday to make an appointment. He was at the grocery store when I called so I followed up with him on Sunday and we set a time of 8am Monday morning. He was very prompt, showing up about 5 minutes till. Within minutes he had identified the issue and set about repairing. I also inquired about an occasional backup so he checked the outlet pipes and advised all was normal and that I should try drano or similar residential drain cleaner if the problem was not considered serious. Steve was very courteous and efficient.
The charge for the fix was only $70 and he didn't ask for anything additional to disassemble and inspect the drain. A minor repair but a good experience!

Everything was perfect!  Steve is professional, personable and honest. I'm so glad I have a 'go to' plumber now!  He removed and hauled away the old toilets. New toilets and disposal were installed great and the area was left clean.  His price and work ethics are the best.  Will use Steve again!

Steve and his son Justin showed up approximately three hours after we called on a Friday afternoon. He was working a project when we called and made it a priority to come as soon as possible, since we had been without water from the night before. He showed up with all the tools and a new water heater fully prepared to help us if we decided to use his services (which is very rare, most of the contractors I've used in the past needed to go get more supplies). He was very professional and personable. I knew that my project was going to be a bit of a challenge since the last person that owned my home installed the hot water heater half way in the water closet and ran it into the attic. It didn't phase him a bit, and he took care of it promptly and didn't charge for the extra effort (as most do). He was very courteous and made sure to clean up afterwards and waited around for thirty minutes or more after the project was completed to make sure everything worked properly. While waiting he also fixed a small issue we had with one of our toilets and didn't charge for that since it didn't need any parts (that too never happens). Then he gave me a quote to fix another item that was well below an inflated bid that I had gotten from a different plumber prior.  I would HIGHLY recommend Steve to anyone looking for a plumber and I plan on using him again for all my plumbing needs.

I was pleasantly surprised as to the quick response I receive for my service.  I initially contacted a different name  on the list which was not as responsive.   I highly recommend GPS Plumbing and appreciated Steve's friendly professional attitude.

Everything went smoothly. We plan to contact them again when we replace the kitchen sink as we have a lot of confidence in the quality of work. I was somewhat skeptical of the whole coupon program, but our experience with GPS has inspired us to maybe try another company for a different project.

I recently remodeled 3 bathrooms and hired Steve and GPS Plumbing for all the plumbing work.  Steve quoted a fixed price for all the work that included rerouting some hot and cold water pipes and drains, plus replacing and installing 3 comfort height toilets, 3 replacement faucets, and a water filtration system.  All the work was completed on time, slightly under the quoted fixed price, and with unsurpassed quality. Steve and GPS Plumbing are exceptional and their work is superior to other plumbers I have hired in the past.  Paying slightly less than the quoted price was a nice surprise and represents the integrity and honesty of Steve and GPS Plumbing.  I have referred Steve to several friends and their feedback on his work was extremely positive - honest, friendly, clean, punctual, efficient, and respectful.  I highly recommend Steve and GPS Plumbing - true professionals!

Super nice guy, came in and got the job done in an hour. Gave me some instructions before he left and cleaned up the area nicely. No complaints, reasonable charge and did a professional job on it.

Cleared a clog from the bathtub drain.   Steve was very tidy and a hoot.
