The job was done fantastically, and very thoroughly. The person who came from Handyman Matters was very professional and patiently answered all our questions. We couldn't have been more pleased.

They showed up on time and did an awesome inspection. In showing the inspection to other people, they were amazed and the quality and depth of the inspection. He took clear pictures and the descriptions were very helpful. He gave us information that helped us to not move forward on buying the home because of electrical problems with the AC system. We have already scheduled him to look at another home we have made an offer on.

We needed an inspection on our new build home. Spoke with Mike and we had it all set up for April 4th. Mike showed up as promised and did a very efficient job pointing out some very minor fixes we would need with our home. He was quick efficient and explained in detail his report.

Fantastic from start to finish. Great communication. I called Mike before purchasing through Angie's List to make sure they had availability. We only had a 7 day option period on the new home so we needed to move fast. I called Mike on Sunday and he was able to schedule us for the the following Wednesday afternoon. He even scheduled it around our work schedules so both my husband and I could be there at the end. Mike reviewed his report with us in detail (pictures were included for most of the deficient areas and others he showed us in person) and answered all of our (many) questions. One of the issues found was a slow leak on the fresh water supply. Mike said he will come back to reinspect it at no charge if the seller agrees to fix it prior to closing. He emailed us the report before he even left the property. Mike also provided the termite inspection report that was included in our package.
Overall we are very satisfied. Mike was very professional and knowledgeable. We would definitely do business with him again if we need a home inspector in the future.

Mr Kemper was punctual and very efficient in his inspection of the property. He provided a detailed verbal and visual overview of his findings while we were on site. He then provided the written report in a timely manner and continued to answer questions via email and photos as I reviewed the report. He is very personable and easy to communicate with.

Mike was very professional and able to schedule me right away and was very efficient with his time and overall did a nice job.

Mike at Elite Inspection Group, LLC was my home inspector. He arrived on time, was very thorough (literally checked every light switch, electrical plug, faucet, fixture etc.) I was also impressed with what he found that was missing such as screws on door hinges and under our granite counter top.

We have yet to find anything wrong with the property that he didn't already note on his report! Outstanding.

The company owner, Mike Kemper, performed the inspection. I escorted him for the entire 4-hour inspection process. He was thorough and took the extra effort to look beyond the obvious.
