Today, on a moments notice, Jordan of Abel Appliance Repair, 972.704.9911, came to our home to take a look at our GE Monogram freezer. Within 24 hours, the freezer temp had jumped from 0 to 9 degrees. It didn’t take Jordan anytime to discern what the problem was. He replaced the needed part and we are all set. Larry was courteous, prompt and professional. I called him on Thursday and he arrived first thing Friday morning. He determined that our oven needed to have the locking mechanism replaced. He was kind enough to show my husband how to replace the part so we wouldn't have to pay the service and installation charge for him to install the part. He even told us where we could get the part. Of course, he did tell us to call him if we had any problems with the installation and he would come out and do it for us. Within a few hours, the part was installed and the oven is working perfectly. It was so nice to have a repairman who was willing to help us to save some money on the repair. We will be using him for any appliance repairs that we have in the future.

He came the same day I called and worked diligently to repair my refrigerator, but I needed a new motor which cost almost as much as a new refrigerator. I decided to get a new refrigerator and he gave me several tips on what to look for when buying a new one. We have moved from Texas, but I would definitely recommend him and I would definitely use him again if we still lived in Texas.

I talked to Abel Appliance Services for an after hours repair. While they did not do the work, they recommended several good plumbers in the area for me to use. I appreciate the help - especially when they took a few minutes out their day to provide some guidance for someone new to the area. Thanks
