Texas Master Plumber

They were very professional and made me feel like I was being educated about what needed to be repaired and how much it would cost as opposed to throwing information at me. Our toilet needed to be replaced and they were only available during the week to do the repair. This was a problem as both my husband and I work during the week. We ended up doing the repairs ourselves because of scheduling conflicts. Had there not been scheduling conflicts, we would have definitely gone with Texas Master Plumber. The waterline was fine so the problem was in the fridge itself. We were advised to call the fridge company to get a technician out to look at it.

They came up to the house and checked the water mark left by the leak. After that, they lifted the toilet and figured out the wax ring was the problem. They installed the new wax ring and sealed the toilet. They told me that it should fix the leaking problem.

The plumber was timely from the beginning of the estimate until the job was completed. He arrived at the stated time. He gave me an estimate and told me exactly what he was going to do. I agreed to the estimate and work began immediately. He tapped into a water source and ran the new water line through the attic. The job was finished within three hours. During the install, he was professional and courteous. He even answered questions that weren't related to the job; I appreciated that since I'm planning to have additional plumbing work done on my home.

Only real issue I had with this company was a week after my estimate I was still not notified of when the job would be scheduled to be done. I had to call them twice to find out. Other than that the plumber was professional and prompt. Did good clean work. I would recommend them for work.

The kitchen faucet leaked every time it was used and needed to be replaced after twelve years. I phoned Texas Master Plumber and was able to get an appointment the next day. The plumber was prompt and very professional and polite. I was given a free estimate and the option of purchasing my own faucet which in turn allowed me to save some money on the job performed. New faucet has been leak free and I am pleased with the job that was performed by Texas Master Plumber. Would definitely hire again.

Figured out the problem will have them back to fix it once the necessary parts arrive.

Plumber came, it appears the young man did not have a lot of experience. He had to keep calling someone to get advice and suggestions. He ended up giving me a verbal quote of approximately $1500 to replace the water heater and there was the promise that a quote would be sent to my email. The quote did not appear, did not appear, did not appear. I called the next day and to an answering machine left a message as to who I was, what had been done and wondering where my quote was. As of this review I have not received the quote or a phone call back. Not happy with the service.

He was close-by and he actually came by the day that I called which was great. He was already here so I wanted to use him for the job. He definitely wasn't the cheapest but he seem to do a really good job in the work he was doing.

It went well. They came when they said they would and they finished in one day. They took away old faucets for me. I thought I had a leak under the master bath sink, so I called them and they said they'd come back the next day. But it wasn't necessary because it dried up. Excellent customer service.

By Friday I contacted the ARS tech, who said that he had forgotten to call to get the parts but was doing it "right now" and I would receive a call later that afternoon. Saturday, Sunday, Monday, no contact. Fed up with the run around, I looked on Angie's List for a commercial plumber. Happy with the reviews I had read about TEXAS MASTER PLUMBER, I called to schedule a service call. After waiting 8 days for ARS to get back with me, you can imagine my joy when I was told that they could have someone out within the next couple of hours. True to their word, they arrived on time and checked out the hot water heater. The tech found a loose wire (not 2 elements and a thermostat) and fixed it AT NO CHARGE!!!.....NOT EVEN A TRIP CHARGE!! Who does that in this day and time??! I am overjoyed in finding an honest, professional company that will definitely have my business in the future. Owning an old historic bldg. built in 1904, I am always in need of plumbing repairs. It is such a relief that I have someone that I can entrust my business with. Thank you TEXAS MASTER PLUMBER.

Initial inspection was free. Very prompt and professional. We're not able to confirm a leak and suggested a few options with various prices. I decided I would wait and think it over. A few days later I called back and decided to do a pressure test (one of possible suggestions) of the pipes to rule out a leak. The owner called me back and said he wanted to send out a senior plumber and look at the problem with fresh eyes before the service, no charge again. Came out, very thorough and decided a pressure test was not needed. He didn't think it was a leak at all and suggested I may have a landscape drainage problem that was keeping moisture against the slab. Amazing customer service and commitment to integrity. I could have easily been ripped off for several $100s for no reason. While I didn't need a plumber at that time, I've recommended them to all my friends and will be using them soon to work on a bathroom remodel.

The technician showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. I showed him around and he quoted me the cost to repair my leaky faucet, just the bathtub pipes, and then the whole repipe. He noticed that the drain in the bathtub was draining really slowly so he got out his tool and cleaned it out while he was here at no charge! The price he quoted me seemed reasonable but I'm still in the process of getting other quotes, so I haven't made up my mind yet. I would feel comfortable hiring Texas Master Plumber if I decide they have the best price based on my experience so far.

Overall was pleased with these guys. I thought the cost was a bit high for just the water heater part, but they did great work and threw in the trouble shooting and fix on the drains for free. I would use them again and would suggest them to others

Over all it went well - the main issue we needed fixed, was fixed.

Good - He didn't know what was causing it but called one of his coworkers. Once he took it apart and put it back together it worked fine. Also checked the filters. Simple repair (luckily)

Two ten dollar (at most) parts replaced in less than 30 minutes. Total amount charged $300! As soon as the plumbers left, BOTH "repaired" toilets began turning on every few minutes due to leaks (that were not there before the "repairs". Called back and were promised that a manager would return to fix the problem. Two more plumbers returned and neither was a manager. They claimed that the original plumbers either did not properly adjust the chain or that the porcelain was cracked and would need repair (again, we never had this problem before the "repairs"). Our toilets continue to leak and turn on every few minutes. Knowing that we will most certainly get the run around and be conned into paying way too much for "porcelain" repairs we have chosen to just steer clear of this company all together.

It went okay. The guy who came was really good but the pricing was a little bit high, I think. They did a good job. They were very punctual.

Did not charge because all they had to do was push a reset button. The owner said he did not feel like he should charge me just for that! What a blessing that was!

When scheduling the installation I mentioned that the gas would not be turned on until the 14th, and they sduggested that since I would be at the new location for they gas company, they suggested coming the same day because they wanted to measure the attic space to make sure their standard unit would fit; (thank goodness they did) we required a shorter model. Since the gas was turned on while they were there for measuring (at no charge), they moved up my installation to do that same day so work could be done while I was already at the new location, and also because they determined the integrity of the old unit was so bad. They were WONDERFUL; TIMELY, AND PROFESSIONAL. They were very careful with my house and double checked to make the unit was done correctly. Very pleased. They will be our new plumbers for other work for sure.

Although the service provider was quite late he was very professional and did not charge for the inspection. I would use this provider in the future because of their sincere customer service.

The kitchen fixture was installed beautifully. Works like a charm - better than it ever did. And, the fixture they replaced outside works like a charm. It's actually for filling up the swimming pool and when I asked my pool guy to replace it he said I had to have a plumber. The next plumber I had out there looked at it and said the pool guy needed to replace it. So, when Texas Master Plumber came out, I had them look at it and they immediately knew what to do and got it done. This is the second time we've used them and I've now put them in my little black book for future use on all plumbing jobs. Very professional, on time and got the job done!

They are good. I called around several different companies, and they were all expensive.

My experience with them was good and they were fine. They were honest with me and professional.

Our grandchildren had used the toilet and then one of them told me he needed a plunger. We tried all evening to unclog it but to no avail. In the morning we called the office and the girl Heather was very pleasant and told me she's send someone out today. My husband was concerned that one of the young ones had dropped some toy in the toilet but Bryan assured us that he didn't find that to be the cause. Then he explained how this happens and so in the future I will talk to the kids about how we flush etc.
