"My employee was vacuuming the carpet in the Master Bedroom. There were some carpet threads that were caught on the vacuum roller and lifted off the base. The owner was upset about incident and I offered to repair the carpet. I hired a professional carpet installer to evaluate the damage and to give me a quote to repair the carpet. As per the carpet installer the area could be repaired for a cost of $500.00. The owner refused my offer and wanted me to replace the entire carpet in the Master bedroom. The cost to change the entire carpet in the bedroom was estimated at $2,000.00. It was a very unfair request and it was impossible for me to pay $2000.00 for few carpet threads that could have been professionally repaired for $500.00."
