Jason W. was on time and attentive to what services needed to take place. Ultimately, the entire scope of work was not completed and I still paid that same amount of money. Probably my mistake to not double check the work but when you hire a "professional" then you expect to have professional results and shouldn't have to babysit. So I needed and paid for three separate repairs but only got two.
