Westcliff Animal Hospital

Compassionate service. It was time for my little guy to go to Rainbow Bridge. Extremely sensitive to his and my needs.

It was good. It is a little hard to get in to her, but she is probably the most reasonable as far as pricing goes with veterinaries that we have ever used. I like her bedside manner, we can get an appointment with her, how she explains things, and the cost of services.

It is reassuring to have a veterinarian, like Dr. Cass, who genuinely cares about her patients and clients - who has never tried to price gouge me, even in my weakest of moments with my animals. I can't say enough good things about her - other than I wish she was available on Saturdays, when my animals usually decide to get sick.

I wanted to add, to the poster who graded her an F, Westcliff Animal Hospital is not an Emergency hospital, never has been. In fact, as I stated above, she's not even, and hasn't been for over 2 years, open on Saturdays. And prior to that, for as many years as I can remember, they were only open on Saturdays until noon for people who needed to pick up medications. Dr. Cass has never been available on Saturdays. I can only imagine that the poster was referring to another hospital, with a similar name - which I've unfortunately had to take my animals to on Saturday because Westcliff was closed.

They took my money and lied to my face or were that incompetent. Dont go here if you love your pet!!

My experience with them has always been good. We kid about it in the neighborhood but all the people who have used their veterinarian could not say enough good things about her. She is professional and one of the best that is around in terms of the cost. She is practical.

They did a great job. She is very practical and takes her time to explain to you what is going on with the animal. The animals are always happy when around her.

My dog wasn't scared at all going here. Everyone was friendly and they got me right in. They also told me I could get his next treatment at petmeds.com cheaper than from them in which I really appreciated that advice.

The entire process they break down for you when you bring your animal in is simple and easy to understand. They have a great front desk support team and the place is clean and very up to date. I highly recommend them.

DR CASS TAKES EXCELLENT CARE OF ALL ANIMALS. SHE IS INFORMED and COMPPASSIONATE and RUNS AN EXCELLENT VETINARIAN'S CLINIC. THE KENNELS ARE CLEAN AND THEY TREAT THE ANIMALS AS INDIVIDUALS.

ONE OF THE MOST COMPASSIONATE VETS AROUND. I REALLY APPRECIATE THEIR CHECKING ON MY PETS AND PROVIDING THE BEST SERVICE.
