Tracey was very professional and proficient. I was looking for a home and as my Realtor, she kept me informed every step of the way. I have not bought or sold a home in a very long time. I appreciated the fact that Tracey did not rush me through the process, she explained the ins and outs of the real estate business. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor, she treated me as if I was her only client and my priorities seemed to be at the top of her list. One thing I would like to mention that really made a difference is Tracey always answers her phone which I have found others often do not.

Could not have been any smoother. Over a course of about 4 months, Tracey worked with us to find the right house to make our home. She’s very knowledgeable about the area, knows the tri-counties and neighborhoods and gives great advice on what to look for in the quality of the home she is showing and what the comps are. We were very picky buyers and Tracey went above and beyond to satisfy our needs and find us our new home. She even worked with our selling agent to coordinate the timing of our closing to buy within days of our closing when we sold. I felt very comfortable with Tracey as my realtor. I had many questions and concerns about selling my house, but she explained things thoroughly and reassured me as we went through this process together. I was grateful for the time and attention she gave me. I felt she always worked in my best interest. For personal reasons, I took the house off the market. When I decide to sell my house again, I wouldn't want anyone but Tracey to be my realtor.

Tracey is an excellent realtor. My husband and I used her to purchase our first home and she was very knowledgeable and informative. She spent a lot of time showing us homes and she even helped out watching our 2 year old since we had to take him with us while we viewed potential homes. Tracey was honest and never pushy. She's one of those people that makes you feel like you've known them forever. I will definitely use her again and highly recommend her.

Tracey did a fabulous job as my realtor. I live two hours away from this property and I never had to make one trip to town. She handled everything from inspectors to roofers to having the lawn maintained during the sales process. She would meet with contractors and insurance adjusters for me. She did a great property analysis. She listed and sold the property much higher than I would have. She called, email, and  texted me all the way through the process and kept me fully informed of the status of the sale. She went above and beyond offering  to do anything that needed to be done. She was extremely knowledgeable of the whole process and always represented MY interests.   If I ever buy or sell any real estate in the area, I will be calling her again. Any of my friends or relatives that need a realtor, I will be recommending Tracey to them as well. Definitely an A+ agent.

My experience with Tracey Pritchard was amazing!  Her presentation was professional.  The expectations she set regarding pricing and market analysis were detailed yet easy to understand.  Her advertising was creative and far beyond the competition. She set guidelines and timetables for me to compete in getting my home ready to sell that were realistic and cost efficient.  All and all Tracey was wonderful and you can tell she loves what she does!!!

My only regret was we didn?t get to finalize our home sale due to the fact my husband was transferred to another local division within his company and we took our home off the market at the last minute

Researched Angie's list then contacted two highly rated Angie's List Realtors.  First realtor stated his ?research? failed to provide enough comps to justify working in unfamiliar Parker County.  Tracey called in no time with very definite ideas as to property?s worth!  Tracey openly welcomed challenge of my extremely detail-oriented, in-control personality.  Tracey was not daunted when told my parents had moved to assisted living months earlier - leaving a relatively empty house - or that our very full schedule left limited time to prep house for sale.
Our initial meeting was AMAZING!  Tracey stepped out with a beautiful smile and immediately began highlighting property pluses.  Tracey definitely supports idea a home's "good bones" far outweigh its imperfections.  Tracey saw possibilities we?d never imagined ? how the storage building would make a great horse barn or work shop; how acreage would accommodate play area, pool, garden room; how much fun children could have exploring the woods; how a terraced garden could easily be accomplished, etc.   Tracey discussed those imperfections candidly - advising us of pros and cons then listing our options at length.  Tracey listened attentively and never rushed us although it was a Saturday. 
Tracey agreed to meet my elderly parents before we signed any contract!  Tracey welcomed chance to ensure my parents agreed with our choice in realtors!  After understanding my parent's physical limitations, Tracey suggested we use limited power-of-attorney to assure my elderly parents could "sit out" the process by assigning responsibility to us.  Tracey contacted Diana Pyndus, Escrow Officer, Old Republic Title, and together legal documents were drawn up, signed and notarized in short order!   This seemingly simple recommendation defines Tracey's efforts to care for her clients beyond the expected!
Tracey later sat in our home with my husband and me as we reviewed each clause on every page of contract.  There were times I asked very detailed questions, covering many "what-if" scenarios, and asked for numerous clarifications.  Tracey?s professionalism and expertise, aptly combined with her patience and great customer skills, assured I clearly understood what I was signing.  Although time-consuming, Tracey welcomed process and stated how much she enjoyed working with fully informed clients.
Tracey patiently provided advice as we completed property cleanup, prepared property for pictures, and navigated each offer.  Tracey did not mince words but recommended solutions as we worked through countless questions and predictable highs and
lows of arduous process.  Tracey slowed down enough in time critical situations to soothe frayed nerves, explain pros
and cons, and assure we made fully informed decisions without strong-arm tactics or triteness.  Tracey was the rock in her belief we?d reach our goal!  Tracey understood our hectic, unpredictable schedules and continually reminded we?d get a sale ?when the time is right?. 
Tracey genuinely cared for us and showed great compassion.  I once frantically called, extremely distressed after broker?s buyers contacted me directly, while I was in midst of very critical family health issue.  Tracey kindly worked to calm me, and then asked me to ?leave everything up to her?.  That evening, Tracey called to ask if there was anything she could do, as a friend would ? without ever discussing business!
   
Tracey is a great negotiator!  She soothed our extreme frustration when same broker repeatedly reworded previously refused terms as if he?d get a contract solely by ?wearing us down?.  His buyers twice ?moved on? for a time.  Each time they dropped out, Tracey steadfastly assured us we would sell our house ?when the time is right?.  Her great confidence enhanced our ability to remain positive throughout experience!
Tracey had to persuade us, due to our extreme reluctance to deal with that broker/buyers again, to ?at least hear out? their third offer.  Amazingly, and solely due to Tracey?s talent, perseverance and hard work, we sold my parent's home on their third offer ? which wisely included none of those clauses Tracey had repeatedly advised broker against.   Most noteworthy, "when the time was right", the selling price was only $500 less than our first counter offer from which they?d walked away! 
Once my parent?s home sale was quite satisfactorily completed, Tracey did not ?disappear? from our life.  She has been very willing to discuss our many questions concerning our home ? update or sell, current market or wait?  Tracey Pritchard is absolutely
going to be our realtor in any future transactions!  I?ll recommend her to friends and colleagues with complete confidence they'll applaud my recommendation once her client.  More importantly, Tracey will be counted as a life-long friend.

We chose Tracey as our realtor to help with the sale of my Mothers home in Fort Worth based on the positive reviews posted on Angie's List. Our experience with Tracey allows for yet another positive review. She showed up for our first appointment as scheduled. She was very familiar with the real estate in the area and what comparable houses were selling for. We knew instantly that she was the right person to represent us. Not only did she help with the listing, but she also contacted someone to help with the disposition of the household items that could not make the move. The house sold quickly with multiple offers being received. With her guidance we accepted an offer that transacted very quickly with zero glitches. Tracey demonstrated a tremendous amount of caring and compassion during this process which was both difficult but necessary for my Mother.

Tracey did an excellent job to help my boyfriend and I find our current home. She works extremely hard to help you find the house that fits your needs. She has an excellent personality and will tell you how it is and not what you want to hear. She has stayed in contact with us for several months after our home purchase to make sure everything is going well with the house, and she has provided recommendations for services providers in my area. We will definitely use her again as our agent.

She was amazing in more ways than I can count. Totally went above and beyond at every step. We had a number of setbacks and stumbles, none of her making!, and she rallied and conquered each of them like a true professional! I plan on utilizing her the sale of another home and eventually purchase of our new home. I highly recommend Tracey. She was a blessing to us.

Process was easy and quick. In addition to my real estate purchase, Tracey was able to provide me with several referrals, including a pool contractor, tile person, carpenter, etc.

Overall a very pleasant experience.

I have never purchased a home alone. Tracey made this an exciting and memorable experience. I will never use any other realtor again other than Tracey. I had to find a home within three weeks. Tracey showed me 71 houses in a two week period and made the closing of my property happen rapidly.
