"[Member name removed] we came out and did service for you on December 5, 2014 we replaced a 4" frost proof hose bib on the left side of home towards the front yard we also informed you before we even did the work that we were not responsible for putting back the wall once we had replaced that frost proof hose bib and we certainly do not replace any brick, we are a plumbing company. We did inform you of this and you have this on your copy of your invoice that clearly states that. I am so sorry that you are unhappy with our service, but we did complete the job you paid us for and wanted."

Service Tech was on time and very polite. It found the unit was broken and replaced it with equipment on truck. The total time to fix the problem was approx. 30minutes. Very efficient and helpful.

"I am sorry you are unsatisfied with our service. I have gotten with the tech that was out on your call and to my understanding we had quoted you the original price assuming you had the proper bibs in which case they were not. This meant there would be more work into completing the job and it invovled removing bricks to even try to replace the hoses. We also were giving you the drain cleaning for free. We tried our best to make you happy even after you hung up on us the first time you called just after we quoted you a price because you thought you could find someone else to do cheaper and yet after that we still serviced you."

"I am sorry to hear that. Unfortunately, your house was not set up to have frost proof bibs at the time of service. We could have repaired this for you in order to install the frost proof bibs in which case the installation and replacing is what the promo covered for $99.00, not the repair. Our company strives in leaving our customers happy and it is very unfortunate that in some cases like this one that we could not do that for you."
This Big Deal was to replace the old outdoor hose faucet and to do a free comprehensive plumbing inspection. When I called and talked to the lady on call, she didn't seem to know about the inspection. I was concerned that the leak was coming from the lower pipe connected to the faucet. Phil said he would install the faucet and then see what happened after that. The new faucet didn't seem to be leaking and he said if it were the pipe below the leak would probably cause a puddle which he didn't see. I felt like the price was a bit high for a big deal since the brass faucets I saw on line were no higher than about $17.00, and the work didn't take very long because it didn't require any digging nor did it involve other pipe issues.
