"Mr. Callan you called us and stated you had multiple companies come out and said they couldn't fix your problem. Your unit was over amping and having issues. We gave you multiple options. We recommended the start kit, but it was never a guarantee. In HVAC sometimes you have to fix a to get to b. Once that stark kit was put on the amps went down as Eric tested it with his gauges in front of you. You can't sit here and say he did nothing when you watched him the whole time. He told you as well that he would recommend replacing the unit and asked if you had any questions regarding what he had discussed with you and you said no. You then called us back after having one other company come out and assumed what they said was the correct diagnostic. You had the audacity to ask for a full refund and then a refund on your electric bill. All the meanwhile your repairs hadn't even been done by the other company that came after us. We even tried to give you a counter offer to meet in the middle and give you a refund of $250.00 because at the end of the day we always will do right by our customers even if we take a loss when at times it's not our fault. That being said we will stand up for ourselves when we did everything we know we could to help you. You decided to take it a step further by threatening us and calling us degrading names which is completely uncalled for. All which has been documented. Thank you!"
