The maid we had did not dust several items and did not mop 2 areas. Had old string mop that did not use any cleaner that I saw. She worked for 3 hours, slowly. Cannot figure what she did for that time and still miss so much.

Sometimes more thorough than others but they will do their best to fix and issues you might have if you re not satisfied with the work.

The owner, Loudes, was very responsive and professional in dealing with us and our needs as new customers. We set up an initial deep clean of our house which really needed a lot of work. The cleaning team worked for 6 hours and thoroughly cleaned everything to perfection. Extremely impressive. We are now in the process of setting up a cleaning every two weeks. Highly recommended.

WORST SERVICE EVER! Ruined my bathroom, did NOTHING I ASKED OF! Nothing. Actually did the opposite. So I called to make an appointment and she booked me that same day. I was told 1 lady was gunna come, but then she sent 2 ladies. I left my apartment SPOTLESS so that I can just pay ONE lady to clean my walls, baseboards and wipe down all doors and cabinets. I came back and nothing was done. She was even shocked they left it like that. No sweeping or mopping. I had to pay for 2 ladies for 2 HOURS!? Double the amount quoted . If I could post before picture you would see it was spotless. I told them not to wash dishes, not to bother with the couch or under the cushions or anything, just to focus on the detail because I have BACK PROBLEMS. They cleaned the bathroom but did not sweep or mop anything in the entire apartment. They STAINED my master bathtub with cleaning products and I was told they probably did not clean right because they were in a rush to clean someone else s home. Even my kitchen was not clean guys. They added an extra hour on purpose because they did my dishes and said they did my living room. Which they did NOT clean under or under cushions, i have pictures as well. They just needed something to clean so they did the dishes. And they vacuumed. Woopty doo. I told them not too. So I was charged $120. Then told I was gonna get it back and I have texted her almost every day since and still haven t heard anything! Now I am going to be responsible in fixing my bathtub or sue her for the cost of replacement and professional cleaners. She then even began to put pressure on me by saying that I have to pay the websites to get your information to book with you like you don t tell a customer that. Because basically they charge her to get my info to book with me and that s out of her pocket and that s probably why she charged me double ladies, double hours and since they lost the other customer from being LATE they just decided to stay longer here and make up the hours. She came back to try and clean the places C guys.... she cleaned like 4 walls, and couple doors. She said it took her 1 hour and 30 minutes. But I was there with here talking up a storm and going slow. So imagine that plus 2 women? And that s all I asked for ... I cannot even believe she has not responded to my messages at all. I have her cell and address. So I guess I will have to move forward with the damages.

Have only cleaned one time. Have scheduled a biweekly service Worked hard with no chattering and phones ringing. Had a slight issue (nothing of concern) with language barrier were very polite.
