We curently have 2 crews of 4 persons each,depending on the work, usually one is the driver, the tree climber and two ground hands. Billing procedures, we usually take check,cash or credit card.

THE WORK DONE IN TRIMMING THE TREES WAS EXCELLENT. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
THE PRICE I PAID WAS TO INCLUDE HAULING AWAY THE LIMBS.
HOWEVER,
THE REASON FOR THE LOWER RATING IS BECAUSE I HAD THE TREE TRIM SERVICE PERFORMED ON JANUARY 23, 2015.
THE TREE LIMB PILE IS STILL IN MY YARD AND TODAY IS FEB 15, 2015.
IVE CALLED RAUL TWICE.
THIS PAST FRIDAY, FEB 13, 2015 I CALLED RAUL FOR THE SECOND TIME AND INFORMED HIM THE TREE LIMBS HAD NOT BEEN HAULED AWAY.
HE WAS SUPRISED TO HEAR IT AND SAID HE HAD PAID SOMEONE TO HAUL IT AWAY.
I INFORMED HIM NO ONE HAS BEEN HERE AND THE PILE REMAINS.
I SENT HIM A PICTURE VIA TEXT AS PROOF THESE LIMBS WERE STILL HERE.
RAUL ASSURED ME THAT HE, PERSONALLY, WOULD BE HERE ON FRIDAY EVENING, FEB 13, 2015 TO PICK UP THE LIMBS AND HAUL IT AWAY HIMSELF IF HIS WORKERS COULDNT GET HERE.
NO ONE CAME BY, HE NEVER CALLED TO SEE IF ANYONE HAD BEEN BY, NOR DID HE COME OVER TO PICK UP THE LIMBS.
I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED TO HAVE A PROMISE BROKEN TWICE.
HES A NICE MAN AND SEEMINGLY WANTS TO PLEASE.
I PAID FOR THE SERVICE AND I EXPECT IT TO BE DONE.
UPDATE: THE BULK GARBAGE CAME BY AND PICKED THE PILE UP; IM THANKFUL. HOWEVER, MY PAYMENT INCLUDED THE HAULING AWAY. IT WOULD BE NICE IF I RECEIVED SOME TYPE OF COMPENSATION.
The project progressed at a predetermined pace that was agreed upon.
