We feel secure with them. We know that they respond very quickly and their customer service people are all friendly and helpful. The only slightly negative thing is that we think the price is a little steep. Other than that we are very happy with them.

ADT has always treated me really well. To date, I have no complaints. I think they're just as good as Brinks and I had been with them for years. Like Brinks, they do what they promise to do and are dependable and reliable. They charge fairly and I m completely content with them.

We are very satisfied with the professionalism and support we get from this company. We have never had a problem with the monitoring, our touch pad is easy to operate, and whenever we have had any questions, they are around 24 hours a day to answer. I recommend this company.

I have used the company for 5 years. Within minutes, they are very responsive to my accidental setting of the alarm. The system is an ADT which was installed from the previous owner. Initially, Brinks was able to reconfigure it to service the home.

We feel safe and secure with this company. They had an immediate response when we had a false alarm. We're very happy with them. They encourage us to call them for any reason whatsoever. In that way they are very responsive and knowledgeable. The man who came out was very professional and neat. The cell phone backup is another great idea they had.

The service provider did an excellent job of giving explanation of questions and general information. The telephone employees and service providers offer a pleasant and professional approach to make certain my needs are met. If I accidentally set off the alarm, the company contacts me within a matter of minutes. If a window breaks or opens, the alarm will be set off.

Well the installation was fine but getting a response from them was very bad. If the alarm would go off, no one would call. It seemed as if the call was not even dispatched. I was very uncomfortable with having them as my service provider.

I've been very happy with this alarm company. They are very responsive and do periodic checks and updates. They keep me informed of new things in security that are available. I also like that they provided me with two keypads. I had a false alarm and they responded immediately.

I called them with my problem that I thought would cost me a lot of money but the lady that helped me asked a lot of probing question which showed me that she was willing to provide me with very good service. She walked me through some instructions and I found that the problem was as simple as changing a battery. I would rather not disclose the price and also the grading on this price.

Price was good and I have had good service with them over the phone. The customer service is 24 hr and they are always great.

THE GUY WAS VERY POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL. THE PEOPLE AT ADT ARE ALWAYS QUICK TO RESPOND WHENEVER WE HAVE A PROBLEM. THEY ARE VERY KIND TO US IF WE ACCIDENTALLY SET IT OFF OURSELVES.

I WISH I HAD NEVER MET THIS COMPANY. THE MAN WHO INITIALLY SOLD ME THE SYSTEM TOLD ME THAT ADT COULD PROVIDE ME WITH CONSOLIDATED BILLS. LATER I FOUND OUT THAT THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE--I.E., THAT THE SALESMAN LIED TO ME. I HAVE HAD MORE THAN 10 FALSE ALARMS OVER THE PAST 6 MONTHS. I CALLED TO COMPLAIN LAST WEEK AND ADT SENT OUT A TECHNICIAN TO CHECK THE SYSTEM -- HE FOUND NO PROBLEM, HOWEVER, I HAD A FALSE ALARM LATER THAT DAY. I HAD ANOTHER FALSE ALARM THE NEXT DAY. ON TOP OF THAT, THEY FAILED TO GET AN ALARM PERMIT FROM THE CITY OF DALLAS AS THEY ARE REQUIRED TO DO. LAST WEEK I GOT A THREATENING LETTER FROM THE CITY STATED THAT I NEEDED A PERMIT. WHEN I CALLED THE COMPANY THEY SAID THAT THEY DID INDEED HAVE A PERMIT. WHEN I CALLED THE CITY BACK I WAS TOLD THAT NO PERMIT HAD BEEN APPLIED FOR. I HAVE HAD SIMILAR PROBLEMS WITH MY HOME ALARM (ALSO INSTALLED BY ADT). I HAVE SPOKEN WITH THE COMPANY MANY TIMES ABOUT ALL OF THE MANY PROBLEMS THAT THEY HAVE CREATED WITHOUT ANY SATISFACT

HAVE HAD SECURITY SYSTEM WITH THEM FOR YEARS. THEY ARE NICE TO DEAL WITH.

GREAT COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS.

MY ALARM SYSTEM WAS PRODUCING FALSE ALARMS AND I NEEDED TO KNOW HOW TO DISABLE THE SYSTEM UNTIL THE ISSUE COULD BE RESOLVED. THEIR TECH ON THE PHONE INSTRUCTED ME ON WHAT WIRES TO DISCONNECT. IN DOING THIS, THE TRANSFORMER FOR THE SYSTEM BLEW. WHEN THE REPAIRS WERE MADE, ADT INSISTED THAT I PAY FOR THE NEW TRANSFORMER BECAUSE I WAS THE ONE THAT CAUSED IT TO BREAK. I STATED IT WAS THEIR TECH WHO INSTRUCTED ME TO DO IT. AS IT TURNS OUT, THE TECH WAS WRONG AND ALL THAT NEEDED TO BE DONE WAS TO UNPLUG THE TRANSFORMER AND DISCONNECT THE BATTERY BACKUP. ALSO, WHEN THE TRANFORMER WAS REPLACED, A NEW ONE WAS NOT USED, THEY PULLED ONE FROM THEIR VAN THAT LOOKS ABOUT 100 YEARS OLD. VERY UNIMPRESSED WITH THIS COMPANY.

THEY OFFERED ME A GREAT AMOUNT OF INFORMATION AND ASSISTED ME WITH ANSWERS TO ALL MY QUESTIONS.
