Excellent as always. The company has maintained the sprinkler system since we repurchased the house three years ago. They also installed a French drain system in the backyard. The drain system installation went very smooth with everything done as promised and on time. The system has worked perfectly since installation three years ago. Can't say enough good about this company. They are excellent.

They conducted the work when scheduled and followed up on additional items in a timely.

Very well. We were so pleased, we asked for an estimate to irrigate the back yard, Alan came out today, slighty early and the price was good. We plan to install a sprinkler in the back as well now.

Excellent service!  Technicians arrived on schedule and did the work efficiently and professionally.  Can't ask for more!  In this horrible drought we depend on this fine company to keep our old system up and running.  The technicians explained what needed to be done and did the work to completion during their visit.  We will continue to use this company in future as there really isn't anyone better.

They are very professional and reliable. They showed up on time and are fair.

The service man was actually early and the office did a fantastic job of communicating his schedule for the day. He was very professional and definitely knew what he was doing. When he located the valves, he pointed out that some were leaking and recommended that I replace all of them since he had them all dug up. I agreed. He then told me that he would need to return with some more help to get it done. I understood that too. After 2 full days (1 day rained) with no contact from FWLS, I called them on Friday morning to inquire when I could expect them to finish the job as there were 2 large holes in my front yard and wires exposed. The person who answered the phone was very condescending and seemed irritated that I would ask considering the weather. She told me that they would be out on the following Tuesday. I tried to express that I expected a quicker response considering that the job was in mid-stream she became very defensive and somewhat hostile towards me. I told her that I would have appreciated a call from them, rather than having to call to find out when the work would be completed. She then said she had concern that if she sent her service man out to finish the job that I wouldn't pay for the work because I had said I was displeased with the customer service. I feel that if this company would have called to alert me of the delay, or would have been more reasonable when I called in, that I would have been satisfied with my experience.

They are excellent because they are good about trying to work you in their schedule. They have a good personnel. They are nice, polite, and they just do a good job.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB, BUT THE PRICE WAS TOO HIGH.
