I will order through Build.com next time. The showroom consultant was very helpful and professional with selecting and ordering the items we needed. She had great suggestions and obtained approval from management to expedite delivery at Ferguson's expense to meet our schedule. However, once the transaction was completed all customer service went to the wayside. The consultant was rarely available, failed to return calls and emails, and when her colleagues tried to contact me I had a hard time reaching them upon call back also. I scheduled granite templating for a full day after promised delivery (and two days after estimated delivery) to be sure I had the items at my home. Unfortunately, they did not arrive on time. Another associate at Ferguson's was very helpful in securing a courier to retrieve the items from two separate locations, and had them at my home within 3 hours of speaking with her. But too late...my granite install is now pushed out by a couple weeks.

This is the first time I used Ferguson's. I have visited Ferguson's show rooms many times and assumed they were outside my budget. However, once I learned they offered items at the same price as Build.com, I went ahead and worked with them. I was pleasantly surprised at the combination of quality and affordability. However - Build.com is MUCH more reliable with delivery. I have no doubt my items would have been in my home on schedule and my project would be on track if I had ordered through Build.com vice Ferguson's. I will only use Ferguson's in the future if there is no other option available to obtain the items I need, and I will not use the same consultant.

They were professional and helpful. They render great customer service. They have more options and you get the best price.

They rescheduled delivery at a moments notice when our remodel process was not ready for delivery. They sent experts to install and setup the appliances with flat fee structures, which were also lower that any of the other stores we compared with. They even replaced appliances with just one call when we found some scratches on our induction cooktop. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we were impresses with their one point of contact concierge type service. I would highly recommend them.

Ferguson's helped us choose all the plumbing fixtures we needed for our bathroom remodel. Our tile contractor did the installation.
