A personal friend referred me to Dry Quick after seeing the work that they have performed in her home. I had a pipe burst from my water heater and I asked for an inspection to get a quote to repair the damage. During the inspection Dry Quick gave me some great advice on getting the damage covered by my insurance company. Once the job begin they gave me an affordable price to complete the damage to my home. Many items needed to be repaired because of the water damage: Floors, sheet rock,cabinets, plumbing, and roof. The damage from her water heater flooded and damaged two bath rooms, kitchen, living area, hallways, and 2 bedrooms. Dry Quick gave me the advice on the dangers mold and ensured that all mold was removed. The amount of water damaged the subfloor, all of water rotted wood studs were lifted to the appropriate levels and replaced. But I am most impressed with the work that was done both of my bathrooms. The subfloor was repaired, repaired all of my sheet rock, repaired the plumbing, cabinets, and installed new floors. Both bathrooms simply are great. And the guys that works for the company were very nice, knowledgeable, professional, and caring. They were just some of the nicest people that worked for me I would definitely use those guys again, just because they were just very nice.

One morning my husband and I woke up and noticed a foul odor. We tried to find what the odor was then we noticed that the floors were wet in the children's room, hallway, living room, and dining area. The sewage line had backed up and spewed water everywhere on both ends of the house. Both bathrooms overflowed and water was everywhere. I called my dad, because I panicked! He said call Dry Quick Restoration, so that?s what I did. I called they were literally there within 30 minutes ready to work. They calmed me down, then helped me file a claim. Once they got the okay from the insurance company the guys started removing the water and everything that was damaged. Dry Quick cleaned everything (even things that were not in the water), placed fans and other machines all over the house. The manager explained the whole process so I wouldn?t miss anything. Once the blowers were setup they helped us get a hotel because it was explained that the heat may be uncomfortable and the bathrooms were not operational. During the process they also assisted with the insurance company because they tried to deny some things. They fought to get me everything that I deserved on my claim. So, I made one phone call and they took care of everything: the dry out, the insurance company, the rebuild, plumbing, everything! I didn?t have any extra money for my deductible and they said, ?Don?t worry about It, we have a deductible assistance program?. THANK YOU!!!!! They were professional, personable, clean, and very transparent. Once everything was complete I practically had a remodeled home and it looks better than before. I have already used them again for another project. They are a nice bunch of guys. Two thumbs up!

I noticed another brown water stain on my ceiling after a company claimed to have fixed it. I heard of Dry Quick through a friend. I decided to call. They were at my house within thirty minutes. I showed them the water stain, and they went right to work. They explained that if I could see the water stain the water had been there for quite some time because the sheetrock will hold water until it is saturated and gives way. Because of this, they explained there was likely fungal growth in the ceiling. Sounds crazy, but I was relieved because my daughter and I both were experiencing allergy symptoms. They removed the sheetrock, found and repaired the leak, cleaned up the mold, and repaired my ceiling. I haven't seen anymore brown water stains on my ceiling, and my daughter and I are breathing easily! Dry Quick was awesome! I will definitely refer them to friends and family.

Had a water main overflow from washing machine, which flooded my utility room, kitchen, dining room and several other areas throughout. The same night it happened they responded within an hour of my call and setup the wall dryout by the next day. They helped me work with the insurance company to get the right info to them and get serviced properly by my insurance company. After dry out was complete, they also were the restoration company that remodeled my house . They not only restored my floors, cabinets, trim, and walls, but they went the extra mile to make sure I was serviced on my busy schedule. They were timely, professional, honest and worked during the thanksgiving break time. In the end, the insurance company paid out 18k for everything and Dryquick went over and beyond to restore my peace of mind and made my home better than it was before. As a contractor myself, I honestly must say that I was beyond satisfied and have already been referring their services to my co-workers.
