This was a very disappointing experience. Instead of traditional red roses as pictured and described a type of rose called black beauty was sent. There was no phone call or communication to indicate that a substitute flower would be used. Instead of a ceramic vase as described a cheap plastic vase was sent. There were 18 roses paid for but only 12 in the bouquet. The next issue was the quality of the flowers. The roses had rips in the petals, almost every rose had petals falling off and worst of all there was white fuzzy mold growing on four of the twelve flowers. We called the store and spoke to the manager who promised to refund the money. The store owner called back to discuss the issue with us. We received lots of excuses such as it's a busy time of year, we were out of red roses, and we used a new supplier. She asked what she could do to make it right. I explained that the manager had already stated that we would receive a refund and that was fine as my husband was already ordering replacement flowers from another company. The owner stated she would not authorize a refund without the flowers being returned. I reminded her, as I had already stated in the conversation, that the flowers had been thrown in the trash. The manager had said that it was okay to throw them away. The conversation became more upsetting as it continued. The owner was very rude by the end of the conversation. Her final comment before I ended the call was that the whole situation was my fault because I waited too late in the day to call (4:30) instead of calling immediately on receipt of the flowers (2:00). I strongly recommend using a different florist. The order was placed online through Teleflora. Teleflora's customer service was great. They representative was kind, listened to our issue, and provided a full-refund.

THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND THE WAITING TIME WAS ALMOST NONE. THESE WERE VERY BEAUTIFUL ITEMS FOR THE PRICE.
