Comfort Masters Air Conditioning & Heating

My husband and I first time homeowners this past December the upstairs unit went completely out. Comfort Masters, came out first thing the next day. Check out the system, very friendly and knowledgeable. Told us we needed some repairs and also gave us the option to replace. We decided to replace. Comfort Masters held our hands though the entire process. They were great, friendly, extremely patient and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend to all my friends and family and colleagues. I am blown away at the professionalism, knowledge of issues a/c and heating and the prompt response anytime we have had an issue! We have had issues after hours and even on holidays and always had a quick response. Comfort Masters goes over and beyond in proving excellent customer service, every time. Meeting Don in Sales to obtain an estimate to replace 2 of our AC systems was very informational and he found ways to save us money while putting our needs first. He is very honest and truly cared our family needs were met by explaining different options. The installation crew were very professional, knowledgeable and left everything very clean. They took the time to explain how the thermostat and air scrubber worked and answered all my questions. Very impressed! Comfort Masters also provides a quality check after each installation to make sure everything was properly completed. They truly stand behind their work and truly cares about their customers. Meeting Geno for the Quality checks was such a pleasure as he explained the process and made sure everything was installed properly in detail. Geno was very professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to speak with. After our other older unit stopped working, Geno came out and was able to make repairs without replacing this particular unit. He explained what the issues were and explained the repair process every step of the way. I’m so grateful he was able to get us back up and running because the temps were close to 100 outside! Tricia in the office truly cares and consistently provides excellent customer service. She always met our needs in scheduling Sales, installation and provided same day service when our older unit stopped working when the temp was close to 100 outside. On every scheduled appointment, she provided a curiosity call before the technicians arrived. We can’t say enough good things about Comfort Masters! I love Comfort Masters! I run a property management company and often have several a/c issues a year. Trisha (in the main office) has made my life so much easier. She is easy to work with and very personable. All of their techs are very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Their pricing is also very honest and fair.

I was very impressed with Comfort Masters. They provided me with a very detailed and competitively priced 18 SEER name brand HVAC system. I was able to schedule and have it installed within a couple of days. The installation took about 9 hours and the cleanup was very thorough. The new dual stage system is much quieter than my old 10 SEER single stage system and much more efficient. I will be using Comfort Masters for my semi annual HVAC checkups. I highly recommend Comfort Masters to anyone looking to install a new HVAC system. Excellent customer service.

We were very pleased with the good communication prior to and during the service of our furnace. Dalton and Bobby were friendly, courteous, and professional. Dalton performed the service and then explained thoroughly what he had done and observed. Bobby added a few items he recommended we have done and went over their service agreements. Would definitely use them again.

All went well, one was an year old furnace so nothing to be done there, but the older furnace they found issue with the fan motor and gave me estimate.

The owner was on time for our appt. and knowledgeable. No high pressure sales pitch. He said the quote would be emailed that same day and it was. The installers (two brothers) were polite and respectful. They did a great job on installation and cleanup of the garage where they had unloaded and unpackaged everything. I can't say enough good things about the office manager and dispatcher, Tricia. She is terrific. She always called me right back and helped with anything I needed.

Great, the technician identified the problem immediately and within the same day was able to obtain the part and provide the service to fix. Further, the unit was under warranty so they took care of getting the warranty service accomplished and the part acquired at no additional cost, would definitely recommend.

Excellent. Called for an estimate for 2 new, complete units. Company responded quickly. Once we decided to go with comfort masters a convenient time for us was set up. The installers arrived on time both days. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. They cleaned up after themselves, hauled the old units away. The owner of the company came to check on the progress personally and followed up through texts and emails after work was completed. Extremely satisfied and would definitely hire them again.

Professional installation and excellent customer service

It's 108 outside and 95 (and rising) inside. I called to get a quote to replace a failed AC unit. When Stephen got to my house (the same day, after finishing another job) and looked things over, he asked permission to trouble-shoot the Air Conditioner a bit. 30 minutes and $300 later the AC was cooling again. I'll still need to replace it in the next couple of years, but now I have time to do it thoughtfully. And a less-overheated, but very thankful family.

It was 109 (according to my weather app) outside today (not counting the heat index) and we were ridiculously comfortable. This was the second a/c unit we purchased since buying our home 7 years ago. The staff at Comfort Masters did a great job. They made sure all the details were addressed and even followed up to see if we were happy. I spent so much time with James that I kinda feel he should be on my Christmas card list :). Seriously, they really treated my family’s comfort like they would their own. Great company. Great service. Great products. I don’t want to think about what this week would have been like without having hired them.

In a day and age where good customer service is a rarity, I was extremely pleased with how far Comfort Masters went to make me satisfied. As a Construction Engineer/Inspector by trade, I can be overly picky and demanding. Comfort Masters handled all of my requirements in a very professional and friendly manner. It’s not common anymore to find any contractor you can trust, but Comfort Masters will be my go to AC company from now on. Thanks for doing a great job!

We needed a new capacitor installed in our outside unit. It was fixed the same day on a Sunday, with no extra charge for Sunday. An easy repair, but what amazed me was the quick response to our call.
