Description of Work: After calling many companies in the area, Gavin (owner) offered what I was looking for. An excellent quality Job at a reasonable market/insurance cost to be accomplished in a prompt and professional manner. Needles to say, looking for such a company was difficult. (Some of them even refused to talk to m,e given my requests). Gavin and his site supervisor (Austin) were nothing short of true professionals. Here is the sequence of events:1. First meeting: Gavin took a look at the damage, insurance estimate, and answered all my questions. Gavin was willing to negotiate mutually agreeable terms for the work to be done. Austin was present to ensure all the items discussed were correclty accomplished under his supervision.2. We agreed on a day for the work to be done. The crew showed up on time and were very professional, courteous, and hard workers. Working long hours until the job was done. (Day and a half for a complete roof replacement and fence repairs. These were caused by hail damage.)3. During the entire process (from initial call to the day I paid the balance), Gaving and Austin were always easily accessible and addressed all my concerns in a timely manner.4. I just found two minor issues with the work performed by his subcontractors (faucet left running and some gutters were too short); these issues were addressed and or corrected in a timely and professional manner to my satisfaction. Actually, the crew that repaired the fence went "beyond the call of duty", when Gavin requested them (and they agreed) to work on more than the section requiring repairs to ensure uniformity within the entire fence. Excellent job! I would highly recommend Gavin, Austin, crew, and subcontractors; i.e., 'CLEAR CHOICE ROOFING"!!!

Description of Work: I had my roof and gutters replaced due to storm damage. Any time I had a question about the quality of work, the site supervisor had an excuse. I had to point out loose shingles, untrimmed flashing, and poor finish around chimney. I was told that wood trim under the gutters would be replaced if water damage was present. I noted chunks of wood trim that had been broken off during installation of gutters, but this was the day after I made the final payment. I was so frustrated by the excuses from before that I did not bother calling again. I'm sure my concerns would be met with more excuses. I will not use or recommend this company again.

Description of Work: After all of the hailstorms and numerous roofs being replaced in my subdivision, I called Clear Choice to see if my roof needed repairs. They came out, and, unlike other roofing companies in the area, found that I only had a few spots (minimal damage) - not enough for a total roof replacement. THANK YOU FOR YOUR HONESTY!!!!! Other roofers around the area had said roofs were totaled. Apparently not. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND - FIVE STARS - Clear Choice. They could have easily said my roof was totaled and gone for the insurance money. They didn't. They told the TRUTH!!! If I do ever need a roof replaced in the future, CLEAR CHOICE is my one and only choice.
