About us
I typically work alone on small to midsize jobs. I have been a custom homebuilder all my life but I am starting to slow down and do some of the things that I enjoy doing. If I need to use sub-contractors, I will. I first look at your project and give a written estimatation of the final cost. Final costs can change do to the scope of unforseen items that may be hidden in the initial inspection and not included in the scope of work. Depending on material used, I may require a deposit compatible yo the cost of materials. Then at completion and approval by the customer, I send an electronic invoice to the homeowner. Payment is due on the receipt of the invoice.

Services we offer
I have experience in most fields of remodel, repair and handyman work. I can replace appliances, electrical and plumbing. I can install or replace finish trim as well as paint inside and out. Most of my remodeling experience has been with Kithchens and Baths.
Services we don't offer
Operating mostly alone, I cannot due large concrete projects, lawn care, painting in high places, HVAC, or carpet repair/replace. I am not licensed to do new HVAC, Electric or Plumbing, but can replace.
