Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. If your needing landscape services in the DFW area,our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. We have expanded our business to include sprinkler system repair, service, and installation, landscape design and installation and lawncare maintenance. We design and install all of our sprinkler systems and landscapes with water conservation as our top priority. Our systems are designed so that the homeowner can meet the water needs of their landscape, while using the least amount of water possible.

Was not happy with the install. Lawn was not level afterwards. Pex for drip system was apparently installed without retaining clips, so in exteme heat the connections tend to come loose as the pex expands. Warranty service was unsatisfactory.

As other people have experienced, we had a great response when we contacted Bryant about installing a sprinkler system, but once the system was in, it is impossible to reach them. We have been waiting for a return call for four weeks. We put in a system two years ago and have had the same problems since Day 1. They have dug up part of our yard three times since installing the system. Each time they promised to come with new sod, but that has never occurred. We had a tech out four weeks ago and he told us that other customers are having the same problem and that it occurred because we had a sprinkler system operating in the morning when it was 93 degrees. He claimed that at 93 degrees the pipes start popping off because they can't take the heat! Not only do we expect an irrigation system placed in Fort Worth to be able to withstand 90 degree temperatures, we have had this problem in all weather conditions. He then said that the only solution was to dig up our entire yard again. We called RainBird and asked about the temperature issue. They asked us to send pictures to see what type of emitters were on the system. Not only did we not have any emitters, but we find out that the parts being used were not RainBird parts. So, Bryant sold us a "RainBird system" but is using cheap parts that are not consistent with RainBird's specs.

Misdiagnosed. Was told I needed a new controller and two valves as well as a few new heads. $2300.00 quoted. I called because I had recently had foot surgery and had a difficult time getting around. Paid their house call fee of $135.00. I ended up researching it myself and fixed the whole thing with a $28.00 module and adjusting the heads. Truly disappointed.

BEWARE of this company. Used them for landscaping and sprinklers on my properties. They were friendly and informative and responsive at first. My husband was very impressed with their customer service and supposed knowledge. We have spent about $26,000 with them. It turned out to be one of the biggest mistakes. 1. Workers took a trencher and completely severed two of our main water discharge pipes. Then covered one of them with duct tape. Covered both with dirt and said nothing. We found it a year later after looking for the leak the entire time. Beams rotted under the house, floor buckled, walls shifted, no doors closed. We have to redo everything. 2. They also covered one of the water catch basins with sod 3. AND they buried one of their own live sprinkler heads so even more water was getting under our house. James Bryant came out and acknowledged fault and diverted us to his insurance company. We were compensated for the huge amount of damages after about a 3 month long battle with the insurance company with zero help from Bryant. We have considered scrapping the house and building from scratch because of the damage that this company has done to our newly remodeled home. What a disaster. Just don’t do it!!

The job was scheduled quickly and the technician showed up right on time. He located the leak in the yard and repaired it after a quick trip to buy parts that were not on his truck already. The price was just under $300 which I felt was a tad high, but given the prompt service it was not unreasonable. The price for the simple parts felt very marked up though.

Sprinkler control was showing an error in zone 1 (Wednesday). After calling, a technician was available to come out within the week (Friday). He arrived and looked at diagnosing the issue, and he identified an exposed wire (that had been present since installation 10+ years prior) as the problem. The unit was working then, and he replaced two heads he found were not functioning properly while doing a system review. The following morning (Saturday), the system again reported the same error in zone 1. Called them on Monday and they sent out a new technician (Wednesday) who properly diagnosed the issue as a faulty valve in zone 1. After it was replaced the system has been working fine.

The gentleman who came looked at our French drains and determined the outlet was covered by a thick layer of grass. He removed the obstacle to allow the pop-up drain outlet to function properly, hopefully solving the problem. We must keep the grass and other matter away from the drain outlet to allow the drain system to work as it is designed to do. No cost for his help.

Very prompt and neat work, you can hardly even tell where they dug to lay the pipes. Jose' did a great job sorting out the problem of 'no water'. The sprinkler timer and controller were bad and had to be replaced. Thank goodness it wasn't a valve or solenoid problem, so no digging involved. Diagnosed and fixed in one day, even with having to leave to pick up parts! We are back online.
