Replaced tension spring on two car garage door.  Great experience and very fair pricing.

Got home that night and a wonderful experience. The garage door was fixed!  Glenn did a great job and I'll call him again if I need additional garage door work.

I called about broken spring and they came within two hours to inspect. They did not have correct springs on truck or in stock. They called distributor while still here. Arranged to return first thing next morning with required springs. Next morning they were here and completed the work and adjusted garage door. Very timely and punctual, price was reasonable.

We called at 9:00 AM they were here by 10:15 AM. He was pleasant, careful and exact. I could not ask for more. The door works well.

The Bruce Door tech arrived on time and had the door 'good as new' within an hour. The charge of $86 was what we were quoted when we phoned the day before even though the job was more complicated than anticipated. My family has used Bruce Door in the past for new doors as well as repairs. Their service has always been great along with competitive prices.

This is the second time I've used Bruce Door Co. I arrived home and went to open the garage door with the remote and the coil and both guy wires broke. I could not even lift the door to open it. The next day I called Bruce Door Co. and they were able to schedule me the same day. The person that came out was very professional and informative. He gladly answerd all the questions I had and offered some structional advice. He was able to replace the coil, reconnect the guy wires, lubricate rollers and hinges and balance the the door well within an hour.

There was a problem with the garage door so we called them. They came and told us how to fix the problem and they didn't charge any thing which was very nice of them. This was the second or the third time we have used them in one year.

They came very quickly and got the work done in record time. I was impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. They knew exactly what to do and gave me helpful suggestions in case the door broke again.

THIS COMPANY IS BETTER KNOW AS BRUCE DOOR CO. THE FIRST TIME THE GENTLEMEN CAME TO FIX THE DOOR ON 7/23/05 HE WAS VERY NICE AND VERY COURTEOUS. THE 2ND GUY THAT CAME OUT ON 9/15/2005 WAS NOT AS COURTEOUS AND POLITE AS THE FIRST GUY BUT THEIR WORK IS GOOD AND I WILL CONTINUE TO USE THIS COMPANY AS I HAVE FOR YEARS.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THIS GARAGE DOOR COMPANY PROVIDED. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY AND THEY CHARGED US AS THEY HAD ESTIMATED.

THE TECHNICIAN WAS PROMPT, EFFICIENT, AND FRIENDLY. HE REPLACED THE SPRINGS AND ADVISED ME ON GARAGE DOOR MAINTENANCE. EIGHT MONTHS LATER ONE OF THE SPRINGS BROKE AGAIN. HE RETURNED PROMPTLY AND REPLACED THE BROKEN SPRING. THE SPRING WAS UNDER WARRANTY, BUT I DID HAVE TO PAY FOR A SERVICE CALL.

POLITE, ON TIME, AND PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD HIRE AGAIN.

THE TWO TECHNICIANS WERE IN AND OUT AND DID A GREAT JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM FOR A FUTURE JOB.

WE DROVE UP TO THEIR SHOP AND THEY SEND SOMEONE OUT RIGHT THEN. IT WAS A SATURDAY. WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH THEIR SPEED AND EFFICIENCY. THE PRICE WAS WELL WORTH IT. THEIR PROMPTNESS ON A WEEKEND WAS GREAT.
