Michael was present each day and professionally answered my questions and addressed my concerns. The last day he walked us through all that was done.
The day after they finished (Thanksgiving) we were hit by four days of non-stop rain. My husband and I walked the perimeter of our house during the deluge... and NO WATER!!! The drain was properly expelling the water!
We are very thankful for Michael and his workers. He knows his business and is very thorough.
And just to point out: Notice how the bad reviews are not for work performed? With the record breaking rains comes record breaking customer calls. Michael answered the phone almost every time I called. If I had to leave a message, he called me back the same day. I highly recommend Advantage Drainage for your drainage needs.

I believe they called me on 6/26/15 2:35 pm. Didn't know who it was so I didn't answer.
Sent email 7/9/15 @ 7:42 am wondering why no one had contacted me to make an appt.
Bray emailed back on 7/9/15 @ 5:32 pm to say they do most appt. after 5 and the weekends.
I emailed back and said, that will be fine as long as there is an appt. time set.
I did not hear from them so on 7/14/15, I sent email stating to forget it. I do not recall ever hearing from Michael personally. If he did call, I didn't answer because I didn't recognize #. If he left a message, I did reply....either by email or text.
So there was never an appt. set.
This has been my personal experience with this company.
"WE always try to do our best , sorry that you did not get an estimate .Email address was harvested by webbots ,member not answering the phone from unknown numbers makes estimating difficult ."
They recommended that we have larger gutters installed and more downspouts.
When we first called them and got the estimate, they told us it might be a month or two before they could get to us. It turned out to be longer, but we did have a lot of rain in Dallas this spring. Once they came they worked hard and finished in about a day and a half. The owner followed up to be sure we were satisfied with how it turned out.
