Foundation Repair
After them finding our warranty paperwork, they sent a crew to repair what i was told to be 4 or 5 piers. When they came, they repaired one,had equipment issues repaired another and left. when all of our interior repairs started cracking in the same places and more, i again began contacting them and by october 2011, they had lost or warranty paperwork again. After threatening legal action, they sent someone to check again. I was informed that our foundation was actually raising by over an inch at the master bed/bath. I was informed that i probably had plumbing issues and that would be on me to fix. they told me to get a pluming test done. I wasnt handling it quickly enuff, so they called DALWORTH plumbing,"very nice people by the way".Dalworth pressure tested everything found no problems and gave the information to Accurate.When we contacted them in december they had lost our warranty paperwork again, and we havent heard from them since.

"This current home owner purchased the house in 2007..Exterior piers where installed for the previous owner in 2006 with the warranty issued under the owners named in which our contract was with..When we where contacted by the current home owner in Oct 2010..We had no information or warranty under the name given to us do to current homeowner never transferring the warranty which would have updated and put there name in our system..Warranty was never lost..Just never transfered !..Current home owner was informed and asked to send Proper paper work to us to transfer the Warranty to them which they said they would..As a courtesy to them till we recieved warranty transfer paper work from them ...Accurate Foundation sent a Technician out followed by service crew to adjust 3 piers..in Oct 2010.....In Dec 2011.( a year later).current homeowner called again requesting a Technician to come out to check there house again..Accurate had still not recieved warranty transfer paper work as requested and promissed...And again as a courtesy sent a technician out to inspect the house..The exterior piers seemed to be fine and the house showed sign's of interior heavement which in most cases is caused by plumbing leaks...Homeowner was informed and we recommended they have a plumber to check there house for leaks....Accurate Foundation At there own exspense !!! sent a plumber out to check there house which passed..but it appears the house needs Interior Piers to adjust current deflection which home owner was advised..We are still missing some of the warranty transfer paper work from the current homeowner to complete the warranty transfer"

I was taking notes and he realized that I was trying to learn so he tried to educate me in the hour that he was here. He didn?t talk down to me, he took my questions seriously, and he answered my questions even though they were weird. He could tell that my husband and I were a bit at odds about this project and he was sensitive to that. I believe he said he has been doing work like this for 15 years. He gave me pointers about me how I could cut down on the expense; we could do some of the work and they would do as little or as much as we asked. He would need to come out and give another assessment to give a more exact price.

I thought Accurate was just awesome. They responded quickly and were quite pleasant. The work was also done promptly. They cleaned up all the debris when the job was done, leaving no mess for us to deal with.

The inspector told me I did not need the significant work I expected, but recommended a much less intrusive fix to the problem. Although the job was then too small for the company, the inspector recommended another contractor.

HE'S A REALLY NICE GUY. THEY GOT THE JOB DONE VERY QUICKLY. THEY OFFER LIFETIME WARRANTIES, AND I'VE HAD THEM COME BACK A COUPLE OF TIMES FOR MINOR FOLLOW UP WORK.
