I thought they were great.  I felt like he was prompt in arriving, he was polite, and he worked quickly.  I was happy that when he left he said that I have a 30 day guarantee so if anything happens in the next 30 days it’ll be free for him to come back out.  I also had a floor being put in that day and I was glad that he could work with them.  I think the price was reasonable because he came out immediately but I also had a coupon.

Set up of appointments went well and we received a confirmation call each time.  The customer service rep that called to confirm was professional and nice.  Chris, the tech, was professional and explained what parts needed to be replaced to get the icemaker up and running.  Everything is electronic so I know these parts can be tricky.  Overall, a good experience.

My dishwasher broke. I hesitated to call a repair company since I knew the cost of repairs could exceed the price of a new dishwasher, but I called a company from the Yellow Pages based out of Garland anyway. What a mess! They made every mistake in the book and charged an exobatant price. Weeks later, no part, no funtional dishwasher. I gave up and called Accent. They came out right away and fixed the problem in minutes. Great work.

The money I spent was my deductible for my cooktop warranty. Accent came out within a week of calling. The problem lay with getting all the proper information from Fridgidaire to give to Accent. That took a lot of phone calls. Accent did a good job. It did take them 2 trips as the first time they didn't have the correct part and had to order it.

Our 4 yr. old side by side Amana refrigerator stopped making ice. Accent Appliance came out and diagnosed the problem as a faulty icemaker and replaced it. Of course, I was hoping for a clogged line or something but not a whole new motor. The technician said it needed a new thermostat in the icemaker but you can't buy a replacement for that part...

It was making strange noises but by the time he got out here it had corrected itself. He thought something may have been stuck in the drain. He did still have to charge the trip charge though so make sure you actually need the service before you call.

We were initially unable to find a shop that worked on microwaves and then found Accent Appliance in the phone book. They were very helpful and asked us to bring the microwave in for servicing. We did so and were pleasantly surprised when they checked and found-out that the magnetron was still under warranty (5-yrs). They replaced the part & then checked to make sure the appliance was working properly. We were able to pick it up the next day. Total cost to us was $90.00 compared with approx. $400.00 if we had to replace the appliance with a new unit. Shop personnel were very professional & polite. I would definitely recommend them to others and would go there again if we have further need for their services.

The people from Accent Appliance were friendly and prompt. I did not like having to wait so many weeks to get my oven working. I am not sure if the first part was necessary and do not know the names of the parts or if the prices for them was what they actually cost from the factory. I was only charged for one service call but felt I had to wait too long between visits since they did not find the problem the first time. I could have almost bought a new oven for what the cost of these two parts cost.

One of our tenants was having problems operating the window unit so Accent Appliance came out and instructed both us and our tenant on how to correctly operate the unit. They were very prompt and professional, particularly when they found out the problem was the operator and not the unit. No repair was needed. They did not charge us for this service call.

THE SERVICE PEOPLE ARE FRIENDLY, BUT DID NOT KNOW VERY MUCH ABOUT MY FISHER AND PAYKEL WASHING MACHINE. THEY ARE THE AREA REPAIR SERVICE THAT F & P RECOMMENDED. THERE IS NO OTHER IN THE AREA. THE MACHINE WAS FIXED FOR A WHILE AFTER THEY TOOK THE MACHINE INTO THEIR SHOP TO SOMEONE WHO KNEW A LITTLE MORE ABOUT THE APPLIANCE. MY MACHINE WAS UNDER SERVICE WARRANTY, SO I ONLY PAID FOR PARTS.
