I delivered the washer to their shop as they had a week wait for a on site service slot. They looked at the washer and gave me an estimate within 36 hours (could have been shorter honestly I was too busy to know for sure). The washer needed a little additional work but they honored their estimate. Everyone there was pleasant to deal with, I felt like they were honest and knowledgeable. I would use them again. Glad I  found them. I did find them on Angie's List.

We had another company come out to repair the problem with our refrigerator/freezer, five different times, and it still wasn't working!  The company was sent by our home warranty company.  We finally gave up on them, searched on Angie's List for another appliance repair company and found Accent Appliance Parts & Service.  They fixed the problem on their first visit and could not have been more courteous, more professional, or more responsive!  I will definitely use them anytime I need an appliance repaired in the future!  Thank you Angie's List, you were a life saver!

They came out the next day after we called and assessed the problem, replaced a defective part and had it working properly in under two hours.  While there Kerry looked at our stovetop and set up an appointment the following week to fix a minor problem we had with it.  He returned and was able to fix it for approximately one third the cost of his original estimate.  This company was very professional in how they handled our call, setup an appointment, and arrived when promised.  The repairman, Kerry was extremely professional in manner and appearance.  I highly recommend this company for appliance repair.  I will use them again.

Had them come out to look at my Washer (Whirlpool Front End Load).  It
would error out pretty much every time we did a cold water wash.  It
turned out that the Cold Water spout inside the machine was staying
closed and wouldn't allow for a full fill which is what was causing the
error.  The repair person (Jim I think) came out and was nice and on
time.  He figured it out, replaced the part and now it works like a
champ.

We thought we needed a $200 part to get our washer to spin on high. When the service tech came out he was able to get the machine
working perfectly with some adjustments and no new parts. He also gave  us some tips to get better performance out of our dryer and our  dishwasher at no charge.
Everyone we dealt with was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Accent will definitely be our choice from now on.

Called Accent, provided the range model number and they ordered the replacement and installed at a reasonable price.  They called the day before with a two hour window and were at the house within the first thirty minutes of the time promised.  The repairman was great!  Will use Accent again when and if needed.

I contacted the company for service and took the first open oppointment which was 12/24/12.  The repairman arrived on-time and was friendly and courteous.  He had one part on his truck but did not expect the motor to need replacing and stated the motor would have to be ordered.  He gave me an estimate of the cost and gave me a date of when the part would be in and he could return.  On 1/2/13  the repairman returned as scheduled and completed the repair job.

The first serviceman was prompt, had to order a part.  Returned two days later,  as promised and installed the part.   We made the full payment.  After he left,  we observed the washer didn't appear  to be reset in the "frame" properly, and the door appeared crooked. Second serviceman can, (another day) straightened up the washer and door, and left.   Next day, for the first time, I started the washer, it seemed to run but there was NO water in the washer.
 My husband went to their place of business to discuss the fact that said part had not solved the problem nor had the second serviceman fixed the washer properly.  They were VERY concerned, apologetic, and certainly would make it right WITHOUT FURTHER CHARGES.  Third serviceman  came out to fix these problems.  He discovered the seal in the bottom of the washer was broken and would order this part.   (This part wasn't included in the original bill; however, they were insistent that we would not owe for further parts or labor.)
Third time is the charm - the seal came in, they were ready to install it, and I had to ask them to wait a few days because of a health problem in the family (hospital stay for one week) SO - it's working fine now!
 They are a very reliable company, we've purchased parts from them for many years, and even though we were somewhat in-convenienced for several days, they were anxious to get it fixed.  ALMOST A RARITY TODAY.  We will definitely continue to use their services.  Our first call was Nov 7 and completion was Nov 28.

The technician was very professional and did a great job of quickly discovering the problem.He even went as far as giving me the benefit of his experience on which brands of refrigerator he services most often and this was helpful in making a choice on the replacement model. I appreciate very much that he and his company are conscientous in not steering me toward an expensive repair that would not be in my best interest. I was a little disappointed that the cost of the service call was as high as it was, but the company did inform me of the fee before they dispatched the technician. All in all, it was a good experience and I would use them again if I require any service on my appliances.

  I have a front loading washer and dryer.  This is the first front loading washer I have ever owned, and even though it is only 4 years old, I am still not completely at ease using or trusting it to work as efficiently as a top loading washer.  An appointment was set up for today (11/20/12) from 9 to 11 am.  Jason showed up right on time at 9.  He was so polite, efficient, and professional.  I had a lot of questions about the working of the washer and he was able to answer all my questions to my satisfaction.  From the information I gave him on how it was acting, he told me what could possibly be wrong, what he may have to change and why, and the amount of the service call, parts, etc..  After checking the washer out, he found the part that may be causing a problem was ok and he did not have to change out anything at this time.  The washer was not spinning correctly during the spin cycle and final spin cycle and we weren't quite sure if the fabric softner was being dispensed correctly.  I asked several questions on the procedure a washer follows during a cycle and he took me step by step through the process.  That helped me tremendously to understand how the machine should be acting while a cycle is going on, and he told me what to watch for in the future to know that it was working right.  He advised me on a couple of things that could be done, if I wanted, later on that might help and what to look for when it was working. I really appreciate how he did not act like he was in a hurry to finish and took his time making sure I understood what I wanted to know on the working of my washer.  He advised me of the warranty on the service call and to call back if I had anymore problems or concerns.  I could not have asked for a better technician to service my machine.

Jason came out to diagnose the system and give me an estimate.  As I recall the service call was about $85.  He told me that he had to replace the entire unit.  Since I'd already spent the $85 I told him to go ahead.
We were about a week away from the new icemaker being installed.  Jason checked on the availability of parts and the -maker seemed to be in stock.
Then I got a call from Accent.  One day later LG was out of stock.  (That's computers for you!) The new part was going to cost another $40 from a local distributor!  But Accent told me they would split the cost with me.  $20 for me--$20 for them.  I agreed.
Within a couple of days Jason appeared with the new icemaker.  He installed it.  Everything seemed fine--EXCEPT.  Jason had told me that the reason the I couldn't raise the bar to stop the icemaker from making more ice than the bin would hold was because the bar was supposed to "click" and the "click" wasn't working.
When a new icemaker is installed it's recommended that you dump at least the first three "dumps" of ice so that the ice doesn't taste bad. After I did that I raised the bar to try to hear the click and nothing happened,  But I DID notice that there was now and on/off switch that wasn't there before.
I contacted Accent again and they researched it. Now the bar is designed to quit making ice when the bin is full and the bar does that. --No more click.  If I want to turn the ice maker off I can.
I can't express enough how reliable Accent (and particularly Jason) is.  If you have a problem, don't ask anyone else to come to your home.  These people are completely concerned with customer service.

I was referred to Accent Appliance because they do warranty work on my appliances.  Unfortunately, my refrigerator is not under warranty, and due to several power outages/surges, the control board was damaged.  They sent a representative very quickly, had to order a part, but came back very quickly to complete replacement.  He also talked to me about the changes in appliances over the years, and when it would be beneficial to take out a warranty.  Good information for the future.  The technician was very professional and pleasant to deal with.

When no one called or showed up, I called. I talked to Laurie who could not find me in their system as having an appointment. She said they never received their online confirmation. She also said they never sent that email confirmation. Said that they could not possibly have an opening Monday since they are booked thru Thurs. The earliest they could send someone would be Fri. This company might be great at times but they sure wasted my time. If I had known I did not have an appt for a service call, I could have called someone else. Instead, i waited for them. 
I would never attempt to do business with Accent again. Poor management. Very poor customer service. The best companies would have apologized or done something to make up for their mistakes. Not Accent. 
I do not recommend this company.

My 20 year old son was home as I was at work so I was on the phone being updated. Service person came out and took less than five minutes to show us what we were doing incorrectly with our dishwasher that was covered by warranty. He must have gotten a good laugh out of what he had to do, but to his credit my out of pocket expense was just embarresment. I will truely use them again when appliance really does fail.

They were okay. They had extremely small inventory. They didn’t wait on me because I was the only person there. This doesn’t me I wouldn’t go back to them because maybe they didn’t have what I wanted that day. They didn’t have either of the things that I was looking for.

Overall, Jason came in looked for the problem, fixed the problem, told me if it happened again what to do, and if it didn't work they would come back out and put in a new part if needed.  He was very professional, polite, and helpful!  It did not take him long to figure out the problem, fix it, and he gave me an estimate of around $280 for the part if it needed to be replaced. He explained about the Angie's coupon.  I couldn't use it today but if the breaker blows again and I have to have a part replaced then they can take it.  Honestly, though if it does break again, I will probably put that $280ish toward a new dryer.  BUT, we will use Accent again if we have any other problems.
