A Safe Home Fireplace Repair and Indoor Air Quality

Scott is passionate about all things fireplace! He brought both our fireplaces to a functional, newly impressive and beautiful state. He also repaired our firepit and did an amazing job with this as well. I highly recommend this company!!!

Yes, it cost more than the $99 initial estimate... but we had gone 14 years without doing fireplace maintenance, and in the end I appreciated the fact that they took ownership and treated the fireplace as though it was their own. It was great when they were finished. More than worth what it cost...

Absolutely crappy service. For one the technician shows up almost 3 hours late from a window time frame mind you!! absolutely ridiculous, then when he leaves the pieces of my fireplace he took off where not secured and put back on correctly so I had to fix it myself. on top of that he does not clean up after himself dropping shards of glass all over my floor from a different job with a toddler in the home. when I call the office to talk about it they take no responsibility for any of this and does not see a problem at all. there was no proper communication from the office or technician when he was late. and when I would call the office they would never answer until they wanted payment. absolutely ridiculous, rude, and unprofessional people I have ever worked with. Plus the front desk lady seems to not understand the concept of customer service, or even whats going on with around the company.

The job done was so far above my expectations. He was friendly and helpful. I was given 3 options for me to choose. He also found and fixed a tiny gas leak the plumber said couldn't be fixed without tearing out the fireplace. I can recommend this company highly.

They came out the first time to lite my fireplace no problems, a big winter storm came and the gas was turned off by the gas company once turned back on I could not relite my pilot, so I gave them a call I had to wait 3 to 4 weeks for an appointment the day before the appointment they called to confirm I stated I was still available, a lady called the day of and stated Scott was running late I said ok and next thing you know he did not show up or call and when I called they just did not answer the phone...what Chickens! just say you are sorry and make it right do not just ignore my phone calls and waste my time....unprofessional.

Scott did an excellent job! He was close to my home when I called. He came over soon after the call and the DID THE JOB just after the call! He did not try to sell me on things and had everything he needed with him. My fireplace looks NEW! He was pleasant and just made himself at home, very easy to have in my home. I would highly recommend him. He is with Safe Home.

Just wish his shop vac vacuum had a filter on it, so the powder that was sucked up would of stayed in the vacuum. Once my broken leg heels I'll swifter all the walls and vacuum the furniture. This two burner new fireplace set, puts out twice the heat, fancy glass chunks reflect nicely.

Great service! The problem only ended being a clogged pilot but he cleaned it quickly and was nice enough to decorate our fireplace with lava rock and glass free of charge. Our fireplace looks and works better than ever!

Scott was pleasant to work with, but when my gas fireplace would not ignite after his repair, he would not return my multiple phone calls or honor his handwritten warranty.
