While I am still pleased with the service, I did want to highlight that apparently the seal on the new part was not done properly and all the freon leaked out of my system. I had to call my Home Warranty company again who sent out a different contractor who found the issue and fixed it.
Again, I think Sherrell did well, but a little more attention to detail would have prevented the un-necessary follow-up visit and addition $60 service call fee.

Sherrell was the automatically-selected service provider from my home warranty company. Of all the past A/C companies they sent, Sherrell stands out above and beyond. They were prompt, courteous, and most importantly, thorough. Sherrell identified a problem that has been evident since we moved in five years ago, but the string of A/C repair companies sent by our home warranty company never saw. All others took the standard route out "just add more freon/it's cooling like it's supposed to." Sherrell's repairman showed up within the window promised (with an hour-advance notification prior to arrival), spent quite a bit of time thoroughly researching the system, then provided the answer. They then dealt directly with my home warranty company to ensure the fix was covered. Next, they rescheduled (allowing for time for the part to arrive), and again showed up on time. The A/C is now working as it should. Great job Sherrell A/C!
