GDR arrived on time and assessed the damage. I was expecting to have to at least have the lower 2 panel sections replaced on the door. The technician, who was also the owner of the company stated he could repair the door without replacing the panels. He quickly replaced all of the hinges, and installed a stabelizing bar across the length of the door to correct the sag in the door from the accident. Without being asked, he also lubricated the springs and adjusted the chain tension plus pushing out the dents. The repair costs were about 20% of what I thought I would have to pay. It is so refreshing to deal with a professional who arrives on time, properly assesses the problem, fixes it and charges a fair amount for his labor. I can't recommend GDR highly enough. I will use them again should I have any future garage door issues.

Outstanding. Lee was a true professional. He walked me through various options as to what could be done, the various costs, and who would do what. I opted to have him do the repair work (one of the options) while he was here. That took care of the immediate problem, but I will certainly use this company should I decide on a full replacement of the garage door. The costs (both for the work done and estimates for door replacement were very reasonable. Could not ask for anything more. Highly recommended.
