One of my garage doors came off the rails and the metal cable that helps pull the door up came off of the pulley. I contacted Garage Doors Repairs & Installations through Angie's List and less than 30 minutes later, they contacted me. Had an opening the next day and where promptly on time. The technician looked at the door, gave me a price of $129 to fix it. One hour later he was done and the door was operational again. I was afraid there might be some pressure to sell replacement parts, but nothing like that occurred. A 90 day warranty included. I will be contacting Garage Doors Repairs & Installations again the next time I have garage door issues.

Lee Copley arrived on time and was very efficient in assessing the problems with our 2 doors. Both doors had problems with completely going down on the remote signal. He adjusted the springs and balanced them on one door, replaced the manual lock on the other door and readjusted the track further out from the wall so that it would operate correctly. He shared valuable information about our doors ----- what to expect to be replaced in the future, and things we could do to keep the doors operating well. He was very professional.

The job was performed in a professional manner and in a short period of time. Very happy with the friendliness of the service rep and his expertise.

Took advantage of an Angie's List special. Replaced rollers, greased everything, and adjusted door (got rid of the gap between the door and the floor when the door is down). Very happy with service. Great price. What a difference!

It went great. I forgot the name of the technician that helped me, but he was from England and spoke with a British accent. He was great. I had bought a keypad type door opener that has been hanging on the outside of the garage for almost a year. It has never worked because neither I nor my boyfriend could program the thing. My British tech showed up on time, programmed the old gave me a new opener and showed me how to program any others I might buy. He also lubricated all the rollers and now my gaage door is almost silent, compared to the metal scratching against metal like before. He also showed me where to lube the rollers so I can do it myself when it starts sounding like metal against metal again. Thanks a ton Mr. British Guy!!

Provider was prompt in contacting us after purchase, timely in scheduling apointment, called before hand on day of appointment and was on time if not a few minutes early. Execution was on the money and they were able to answer questions on other door issues.

I purchased an Angie's Big Deal for this service. My appointment was scheduled promptly and at at time selected by me. Technician phoned while on his way to my home to let me know he was on the way. He was prompt, efficient, and courteous. Explained each step of what he was doing, providing me with good information for watching for future issues. As stated, he replaced each of the rollers, adjusted the spring and lubricated each hinge and roller. I will definitely use them for any future work!
