Called the day before re. the $250.00 garage door spring replacement deal, and was told they could come out the next day and given a two-hour window. The provider showed up early, was very pleasant, and completed the work efficiently. No sales pitches for unnecessary upgrades, just honored the deal and went on his way. Very pleased, would use them again and will recommend them to friends!

The service provided was exceptional. The technician took time to make fine tune adjustments to the the door's motor and tracking. He also checked the chain and track -- discovering that the track had become disconnected from the garage door header. He immediately added a new bracket and bolted it in place. He inspected all the rollers and determined they did not need to be replaced, and offered a lesser price for the visit. Who does that anymore? GREAT service providers do, that's who! He performed a safety check and tightened and lubricated as necessary. I appreciated the time he took to educate me as a homeowner and the operation of the door and mechanism, as well as simple ongoing maintenance I can perform to add longevity to the equipment, as well as continued smooth operation. He replaced the bottom seal as well. I highly recommend this company, and wish more service providers had the same focus on customer service and education.

My garage door was damaged and needed replacing. I jumped on Angie's List and found a deal through these guys for a new garage door. The price included a new door, removal of the old door, installation of the new door, etc. They emailed me the same day of purchase (my number was not on my profile) to set up an appointment time. They showed up on time and were done very quickly. The technicians were very courteous. Will use again!

I called in the morning and was able to set appointment for the same day. Lee arrived within the promised 3 hour window. He was friendly and quickly repaired the door.

The gentleman arrived and called me and gave me a few minutes to arrive. He was earlier than I expected around 10:30 AM with an appointment time between 11:00 - 1:00 PM. He went into the garage an tested the garage door. He answered all of my comments and questions without trying to solicit business. He replaced all of the knobs with new ones , lubricated the system and adjusted the springs. He explained that it is good to do a tune up once a year. Warned me about keeping objected close to the rollers and when I volunteered about replacing the bulbs with LED bulbs he warned me about potential issues with the use of LED bulbs. He checked the operation of the door several times and made adjustments. The technician was clean and very polite. I would definitely use and recommend this company.

I think this guy is a cherry picker only wanting the easiest projects. Took him 8 days or so to confirm a reservation... Didn't know if Holly wood had repair kits for their door and really didn't care I need a refund a workman that will fulfill the contract.

It went very well. I purchased a Angie's List deal this morning and they scheduled me for this afternoon. The technician was punctual and professional. He was very efficient, figured out the problem right away and answered all my questions. He did not try to sell me any unwanted parts etc. I am very happy with the service provided and I plan to call the company again in future when a similar need arises.

The installer did a great job. He was very prompt in arriving, quickly removed the old door that my daughter "remodeled" with the car, replaced the door, tracks and springs. He also removed all old parts and door panels, as well as all packing materials. He even took care to make small adjustments to assure that the door traveled smoothly both by hand and with the garage door opener. When he left, there was nothing to do but admire the smoothness of the door opening and closing.

Gentleman tuned up our garage doors and adjusted one that was not going all the way down. Also provided a new remote. Very nice gentleman and very professional, Would refer to others and would use again.

Garage door was very loud and after tech replaced rollers and lubricated door it is quiet and smooth. Tech was very friendly and answered all my questions. Quick appt time and company is an A+ Bob

Lee was wonderful. Called ahead of time and arrived even a few minutes early for the appointment. What I especially liked is that Lee educated me about how to maintain my garage door myself to save me $. He showed me all the parts to lubricate and told me the schedule for doing it, (every six months). I now have a garage door service provided for life. The first repairmen sent was completely clueless. The next day, GDR sent over a supervisor (Lee, I believe) who was professional, punctual, and expert. If GDR sent Lee over in the first instance, I would've given As all around.

I was very pleased with the company and the technician. The original deal was $250 for two springs. When he discovered the second problem he charged $49.00 (parts &labor) and returned the next day with the needed part. I feel he did a good job and they were very prompt in providing service. They guaranteed the labor for 1 year and the parts for 3 years. I would use this company again.

Lee came out the same day we called to schedule the service. He arrived on time (actually a little ahead of time, which was fine), and he very quickly, efficiently and expertly replaced all the rollers on our old garage door. It now operates and sounds like it did when it was new. Last year he had performed the same service on our other garage door with the same excellent results. We could not be more pleased.
