National Property Inspections

Sean was very polite, informative, and responsive. Recommended to have a structural engineer evaluate the property even though the homeowners provided a letter from a foundation company saying everything was OK with the foundation. The structural engineer found otherwise and I'm glad we took the extra steps based on Sean's recommendation. Would definitely use again.

I have used a few inspectors over the years and found they either increase the price way to high over time, move or retire.  I ventured out to find a new inspector for my newly built house.  I did my research here and on the net to vett out inspections and make sure I was getting a reliable one.   Sean checked all the boxes after I talked to him.
I have had many issues with my build, so seeing sean took his time and being he was detail oriented was pleasing.  He seemed proficient in his infrared technology which was nice since I wanted that performed. Since the weather is getting colder this was a good time to perform that test.
The report did not surprise me and actually was better than I thought.  When he was done he walked through the larger points and explained what he found and what the issue was or could be.  I presented my findings to the builder and they did not question nor push back which was nice to see.

Sean did a very thorough job inspecting a newly constructed house we were buying. He gave us a very detailed report which we gave to the builder so he could address all the issues found. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend Sean.

Sean was very thorough - he found everything possible in this house that was either not up to code or needed repair. He checks every inch of every room - documents with pictures and a recorder. Very professional, very courteous, on time, and very accommodating  - the report was sent to me first thing the day after the inspection occurred as promised.

We used Sean Green with National Property Inspections when purchasing our home in Carrollton, Texas. We had a great experience, felt like Sean was knowledgeable and appreciated his input and advice. 

Sean arrived on time to our house and had another person with him to assist in the inspection. He was very professional and gave me an overview of what he was going to do. I actually had a flooring person in my house at the same time looking at our wood floors. When the flooring person explained why he thought we were having issues with our wood floors, Sean politely stepped in to offer his opinion. I greatly appreciated this because I felt like the flooring person was giving excuses for the workmanship of his employees and was trying to avoid fixing our wood floors. I was unable to stay for the inspection, but Sean locked up the house and true to his word he emailed me the inspection report in the time frame he said he would. To my surprise, Sean contacted me a little less than a week later to ask if he could relook at the outside of our house again. He just had attended a continuing education class in stucco and wanted to make sure he did not miss anything. He amended his report to address some issues. He explained to me as well as emailed the updated report regarding the report. Sean said I paid for a service and he wanted to make sure I got the service I paid for. Wow...Someone who really cares about his clients and making sure they get the service they paid for. Sean went above and beyond any home inspector I have ever hired. I will use Sean's services in the future again if I am in need of a home inspection.

Sean and Wes are a great team to have on your side, They were prompt and performed a very through inspection. The report was turned in less than 24 hours. They are willing to provide an honest and objective review of the home. Definitely worth hiring prior to closing any home.

Sean did an amazing job! We were in an option on a home but found another home before Sean did the inspection on the first home. I called him the night before the scheduled inspection and asked him if there was anyway we could inspect the new home instead of the previously scheduled home, he was very very flexible said he would schedule the new home and cancel the old one as well as inform the termite inspector of the change of location. Sean we very thorough and explained everything that we didn't understand. He walked my husband through the entire property inside and out and when I showed up late re-explained everything he had just told my husband to me. With the information Sean provided us we were able to identify major issues with the home and decided to pass on the home. Had we not had this information we would have probably bought a home that was poorly renovated. When I called Sean to schedule another inspection, this time on the original property, he was booked solid, but he referred us to another inspector who was available to help us immediately. Overall Sean was a great inspector and if we would recommend any inspector out the few we have now worked with, Sean is the best of them all.

Sean did an 11-month inspection on a new home build.  The appointment was easy to schedule and Sean was punctual on the day of the appointment.  Sean did a fantastic job and explained everything that he found once the inspection was complete.  I will definitely use Sean again and can recommend him highly!!!

Sean is very professional, organized and punctual.  Scheduling was very easy and the time and price quote was exact to the performance.  Sean explained his entire method and plan for covering the home and provided as much of a non-disruptive inspection as possible.  After his inspection, he sat down with me to show me pictures and discuss his findings in a very thorough and  patient manner. One thing that I really appreciated about him was the professional way that he conducted himself and he wasn't afraid to tell me that he wasn't sure on a solution or code.  Everything that Sean did not know with confidence was researched and presented to me in the report.  His follow up and communication with the progress of the final report and the punctuality in delivering the report were second to none.  Sean will always be my recommended inspector.

Sean was great and the inspection went perfectly.  This was an 11 month inspection for a new build.  Sean showed up on time and took the time to explain all the documentation I was signing and then went through the entire inspection process with me before proceeding.  My house is rather large so the inspection took about 4 to 5 hours, which included thermal imaging of the walls.  The inspection was extremely thorough and when it was completed Sean went over all of his findings in detail and explained what the next steps would be in terms of generating a report, which I would need to provide to the builder.  I was also glad that Sean was able to find quite a few issues that my previous home inspector had missed.  The report was generated a few days later and made available for download on website provided by the company.  It was very detailed with plenty of pictures to highlight all findings.  When I submitted the report to the builder they agreed to fix everything and actually complemented Sean on the report and his findings.  All in all I was very pleased with the entire process from beginning to end.  I highly recommend Sean and National Property Inspections to anyone in need of a home inspection.
I also highly recommend the thermal imaging, which is an additional service provided by Sean.  Even on a brand new build, thermal imaging showed areas where there was missing insulation.  Issues like this can negatively impact the energy efficiency of your home so it's good to know where these issues are so that they can be addressed.   In my case, the builder agreed to fix all insulation issues so I'm really glad I paid the extra money for this service.

Sean was great to work with and we would highly recommend him.  He was very professional, thorough, and easy to work with.  When the appointment was scheduled, Sean was very open about the service he provides, punctual to the appointed time, and explained things in order to make sure we understood what the issue was that he would be denoting in his report.  I was also pleased with the detail of his report which included issues with the home, pictures, and recommended remedies.  He also researched the codes in our area to ensure the accuracy of his report.  Sean really went above and beyond to provide a comprehensive assessment of our property.  We will definately be using Sean again if we need another home inspection.

We made an appointment with Sean to perform the 11-month warranty inspection on our home.  Sean called 30 minutes ahead of our scheduled appointment to tell us he was on his way.  He arrived a few minutes early and explained to us what he would be doing.  He did a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior or our home and took photos of any problems that needed to be addressed.  He also used thermal imaging to check for any insulation deficiencies.
After the inspection was completed, Sean sat down with us to go over his preliminary findings.  He said he would provide us with a written report that we could forward to our builder.  We were pleasantly surprised at how quickly he emailed the report to us.

From first contact and through both inspections, Sean was thorough, professional, very knowledgeable, and quick to respond. When we initially tried to contact him he was on vacation with limited access to phone or email yet he did respond to our inquiry. Upon his return over the weekend he was quick to set up an appointment. We received a report within 24 hours and it was very detailed with photos and everything. After his inspection Sean took the time to explain everything to us. He caught some major mistakes that would likely have caused a lot of problems had they not been repaired prior to closing. You can't go wrong with Sean. He knows his stuff and takes pride in his work.

Sean was extremely kind and thorough. He verbally briefed me on items of most importance and then followed up with a 42 document with pictures explaining his findings and recommendations for resolving issues. I am very happy with his services.
