It was a general home inspection. They just came and tested all the major systems in the house. I don't think they were able to climb on the roof because it was January and was slick or something. The inspector was respectful.
Sean is very professional, organized and punctual. Scheduling was very easy and the time and price quote was exact to the performance. Sean explained his entire method and plan for covering the home and provided as much of a non-disruptive inspection as possible. After his inspection, he sat down with me to show me pictures and discuss his findings in a very thorough and patient manner. One thing that I really appreciated about him was the professional way that he conducted himself and he wasn't afraid to tell me that he wasn't sure on a solution or code. Everything that Sean did not know with confidence was researched and presented to me in the report. His follow up and communication with the progress of the final report and the punctuality in delivering the report were second to none. Sean will always be my recommended inspector.
