Description of Work: Provider came out to evaluate a non working pool pump motor. The owner told me the motor was burned up from a power surge. I didn't believe that so I got an electrician out for a second opinion. The problem was a loose wire. The electrician fixed the wire and the pump motor worked just fine. I would not recommend this company. The owner was either out for money or didn't know how to fix the issue. Either way it is not the type of service I recommend.

 + -1 morePoorly overall. Challenges during the project, but the finish was full of disagreements. Company owner very argumentative, patronizing, and quick to avoid responsibility. On a follow up project (don't ask me why I used again) the outcome was nothing more than an amateur process. Permanently scarred the finish of my pool, will now need to resurface at my expense. Had to bring in another provider to minimize the damage, albeit currently cosmetic, but can result in structural damage to plaster.
