"We are very sorry for your experience, but... Due to your inital verbal threats and refusal to pay on 11/29/12 at the completion of the project, which was permitted and inspected by the towns building department, we were forced to report the incident to FMPD. The gas leak was first reported to me at 4:58 AM on 11/30/12. I saw the message between aproximately 7:30-7:45 AM. Our office called you at the start of business to schedule a warranty call to resolve the issue. Athough, based upon your actions the previous afternoon I felt that the safety of our employees as well as my own to be jeopardized and expressed that to you and let you know I was the only employee that could be dispatched to your residence for safety concerns. I aranged a security escort for that afternoon to look into the complaint and resolve the issue. This was the only way, based upon your threats and actions the day prior, that I felt safe entering you property. That afternoon you let me know the time window we provided was no longer acceptable to you and that we needed to arrive after 5pm. I could not aquire a security escort nor was I available after hours. I let you know this as well as the fact that we would need to re-schedule if the original appointment could not be kept. I ask you to shut off the one water heater, which you agreed to, and we would have to address the issue on Monday morning when I could again have a secuity esort for safety reasons. I arrived on Monday morning 12/3/12 with FMPD officers as was notified, by you, that the issue was resolved by others."
