Bryan was curteous, on time and informative. We needed some parts ordered from Kohler and he handled getting all that arranged. As soon as we got the parts in, he came back out and finished the service without an additional service fee, just labor of course.

The plumber was extremely courteous, efficient, and professional. He arrived exactly on time. He answered all my questions and asked me to check each part of the job after he was finished. He gave me great advice on future plumbing issues. I am very glad I hired this company and will hire them again.

I had used Absolute Plumbing for my kitchen and bathroom remodel a couple of years ago and they did a great job. So when I had a plumbing leak outside by the meter, I knew they were the ones to call. Mary in the office said at the time that no one was available until Thursday at 10, but if anyone got freed up she would send them over. She was able to get a plumber over early Wednesday afternoon, the same plumber that did some work before and did such a good job.  He and his helper completed the job and cleaned out a shower drain quickly and professionally.  No one wants to have to call a plumber, but if you do, I highly recommend them.

These guys were great. Called night before and left message. They open at 8 AM and they called by 8:15. Scheduled appt for Monday 3-5 PM (this was Friday morning) because they were booked but they called later because they had a cancellation & arrived at 11. Did great work quickly and even unclogged the bath that they were using as a drain. Also accepted the $ 25 off for Angie's List folks from my iPad without having to print it out!

Arrived right on time.  Knew what they were doing and finished the work in a very timely manner.  Courteous and knowledgeable of the work to be done.

After another plumbing company could not locate the leak, these guys came in and within 20 minutes had the leak fixed. Prompt, professional and courteous. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Plumber worked hard to get it right.

Brian was on time and professional. Did not try to sell me things or repairs we did not need.

Mary was great at scheduling and when the plumber told me it was a special order I was bummed that it was going to be a wait for the repair. No instant gratification.  Mary let me know when the part was ordered, and called me to let me know later it was back ordered. It took a while to get the parts in, and Mary was great about calling to tell me they had not forgotten about me - but the parts had not come in stock yet.  After a while we did get the repair done. There were parts not needed that the plumber said they had ordered just for us, so they would keep them on hand in their facility with our name on them. How great! They were prompt, friendly and efficient. Cleaned up after themselves - which is always a plus. I will call them for any plumbing needs we have.

This was the third time I've used Absolute plumbing. Brian completed his work in short order and left everything in perfect order. I love this company and would definitely call them again.
