Great experience.

West Shore was very professional and extremely helpful. Our designer, Josh Shuttleworth, was amazingly helpful and very patient with us. I cannot recommend them more highly.

It was awful he lied to us cheap product seat came unglued, bottom of shower so slippery. Our life time warranty is not life time it is only good for 1 year they lied again. It cost to much for cheap materials. Then they sale our contract over to One Main final to carry the note That was a lie to. Come pull it out & put my tub back in. Yall are a bunch of liars that take advantage of people you say one thing but it is another they lie lie !!!!!!!!

We HAD THREE JOBS DONE IN ONE DAY!! 2 shower/tub combos and 1 master shower. Crews arrived just after 8 am, and were done by 3...clean up included. Everyone we dealt with at every step of the process was friendly professional and efficient. We could not be more pleased with how the jobs turned out. They ARE just a bit more expensive then some other companies, but the quality of the work speaks for itself. We would definitely recommend West Shore to anyone looking to remodel a bathroom or just replace or upgrade a tub or shower. FIVE STARS FOR EVERYONE!! Westshore Home took out my tub and replaced it with a walk in shower. Jason W. and Luke R. did a great job! And the result is gorgeous. They arrived early and worked hard all day long. They were very respectful, pleasant, easy to communicate with. They cleaned up after they were finished. Iâ m very happy with the whole experience. Thank you West Shore Home.

I dELt directly with Kevin and Dennis who did the install at my house. However folks from Westshore dropped by on two occasions while the renovation was going on just to make sure that I was satisfied. I was a VERY satisfied, and I am incredibly impressed by their commitment to service and customer relations. I LOVE my new shower.

Everyone I dealt with was very nice. I really liked all of the people I dealt with in person. DeShawn (my salesman) to Juan & Alexander - the installers & their supervisor, Pedro. They were mindful that we have a 15 year old cat (who isn't as crazy about visitors as she used to be). They cleaned up after the install so nicely too! They even helped us take down our window blinds (I didn't have a clue how to do it) AND they re-hung the blinds when the install was completed. I had 3 bedroom windows done - each one different than the other.

All 3 West Shore employees were very kind and very acknowledged on the work they did for us. We have a new tub/shower replacement done in our guest bathroom and we love it! It looks very good. Thank you West Shore!

The product is nice but pricey. The customer service is horrible, very nice on phone but can not solve the problem. I've talked to three people so far and no one can even get me a color match to match the exterior of my home. After this company gets your money, you are on your own. Good luck.

Ryan and Venaneio were on time, worked very hard, and were pleasant. They finished in the alotted time and did a great job cleaning up after the job was done. They provided us with all the paperwork for warranty and reminded us to stay off the threshold until the sealant hardens.

West Shore worked on three areas: 1) Shower replacement, 2) Window replacement, 3) Door replacement. 1. Shower: Paul, the master plumber, and Juan, the installer did a tremendous job. Paul let me know every detail regarding the plumbing and asked for my okay to proceed. Juan did an amazing job removing the old shower and putting in a beautiful new shower. I was impressed by the quality and timeliness of the work. They did a great job and were done in one day. 2. Window replacement: We had 6 windows replaced; 3 in the living room, 1 in the kitchen, and 2 in the upstairs master bedroom. Ryan had the lead on the windows, and although he wasn't talkative, he kept me informed all along the way and answered my questions. 3. Door replacement: We had the front door replaced. Autumn had the lead on the door and did a superb job. Her attention to detail was above and beyond and we now had a door that is both beautiful and functional. As a side note, our salesperson, Mark, helped guide us through the initial process and was always available to answer questions (even after the install). He was professional and personable and easy to work with. Thanks West Shore Home for a GREAT experience!!!

The Installers Justin, Joe, and Troy did a Great job. They had three doors to remove and install. The job was completed within 5 hours. They put drop clothes down so they would not mess up the carpets and they cleaned everything up after the job and took away our old doors. They explained everything they were going to do and were courteous and professional. The sales Rep, Gerry, and pre-install service technician we also very professional and informative. This is the first time we have used West Shore Home and we will hire them for our bathroom shower remodel.
