AWESOME quality work at a reasonable price. They quickly isolated the source of the car noise to a failed wheel bearing and replaced it at a fraction of what the overpriced dealership quoted me. My first time to use them and I will be back. They do a free comprehensive 32 pt inspection with full on-line report to make sure the full health of your car is good and that is when I decided to add the transmission fluid exchange (car has 72K miles). Customer service to keep you informed of inspection and progress is best in class.

Ron and his team are the best. They explain all the options and always do great work. I have been going to Mid Cities for 10 years and they have always exceeded my expectations!

I had to have a right front hub bearing pressed in. They did not try an say that I had other issues with my car. They fixed the car faster than they promised and cheaper than the written quote. Every one there went out of their way to help out. I just moved to Fort Worth from Florida and. I will be going back any time any of my cars need to be worked on.

He was very pricey, but did a good. job. They are good people, just thought they were a little pricey. I thought they were a little pricey. but was it worth it? Probably. I probably would use him again for something big.

This was a great experience! I own a Ford Hybrid Escape which I purchased new in 2012. I am currently around 53,000 miles and my brake light came on which it does automatically for all service at a certain mile point so I called Mid-Cities and scheduled an appointment. My appointment went great. Ron took a look at my brakes and told me the pads were still really thick and I didn't need any service. Mid-Cities is very honest and will absolutely use them again in the future.

They mostly do the rough stuff. If I need more time and there is going to be more work involved with the car, I take it to Mid-Cities. These are the guys that gave me the wrong information on my Miata, but I still trust them, I still go to them. They are honest. They send me coupons telling me it’s time for this, here is a 10% coupon or here’s $50 off if the job is, let’s say over $250 or $300. They are real good. I started going there last year.

Mid Cities had a brake special on Angie's List so I took it to them. I explain the hesitation and grinding noise .The hesitation turned into a tune up that cause the SUV to not start. died in my driveway so AAA towed it to them and they said it was the fuel pump, but it still had hesitation. I can still hear the grinding noise. So after front brakes, rear brakes, tune up and fuel pump, I still have all the problems I had when I started the process. Mid-Cities is just parts changing auto repair business so they make educated guess. They give you a warranty but I notice it cost you more money because problems are created, not solved.

The mechanics did not believe the throttle actuator needed to be replaced, just cleaned. Replacement of the throttle body would have cost between $700-$800. Instead, they cleaned it, tested it, and followed up with me to make sure I was not having any more problems with it. I will continue to have my car serviced at Mid-Cities Service Center. The staff there is friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and does not try to sell me parts or services I do not need. If you live nearby, they will also give you a ride back home while your car is being serviced. It's so nice to have mechanics I can trust!

Contacted Ron and explained my situation regarding the lack of cold air from the A/C compressor. After performing a selected test for my A/C problem, Ron found the actuator was not working properly. Truck was repaired faster than I expected!

Fast and thorough. Everything was well documented. I elected not to have the repair because of the cost. But I felt they were probably median to the market, I just needed an estimate before I got into it.

Very thorough in checking all of the car's systems and telling me their status. Checked code for check engine light and advised me on action (told be that no immediate repair was necessary, only to pass yearly inspection. To me that says they are not trying to their job and not trick me into paying them more). A few dollars more than other places but worth it. The downside is that appointments must be scheduled a few days in advance even for just an oil change. I plan on going back their for car services when I can.

The A/C works perfectly after the repair, but the cost was high.

This is the only place I will have my vehicles services. Ron and the team are thorough, professional and will let you know all costs and needs upfront. They are very good at what they do and make sure they do the job right the first time and to 100% of customer satidfaction. i am so thankful that I found them and that they are a mechanic with a service first mindset.

AC is working well again. Radiator problem was spotted when car was diamantled, it had some 2 leak areas that had self sealed. Customer service is great.

I was on a business trip when the transmission in my car started slipping. I managed to make it home to Dallas and started looking for a shop to repair or replace the transmission. I found Mid-Cities Service Center through Angie's List. They rebuilt my transmission and replaced the timing belt in my car for less than most other shops wanted just to rebuild the transmission. The final bill was almost two hundred dollars UNDER the quoted estimate. When was the last time that happened with car repairs? They were fast, courteous, professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and very easy to deal with. They are honest mechanics who are more concerned with making sure the repairs are done right than simply making a buck or two. I drive from far North Dallas and pass literally hundreds of places that COULD work on my cars to the one place that I know will FIX my cars.
