Did a great job! Was able to remove stains that the last company I hired were not able to get out.

I have used them in the past for carpet cleaning and have always been pleased. I will continue using them. The only hiccup was that the machine on the truck was putting out terrible smell and it set of my carbon monoxide detectors.

Tech was early and even helped move a piece of furniture that he didn't have to. He worked very hard to get very old carpet looking as good as it could. Will definitely use again.

I've been using them for about 30. They're just a plain 'bread and butter get it done for a decent price' kind of company. They asked me if I wanted regular cleaning at regular price but they will most likely come back or the guarantee service where they don't come back for the same job but it's pricier. I went with the guaranteed service and they did it and disappeared.

Fine except for moving of items in bedrooms, as many items were just piled on beds, and left there without putting back

They should take some more of the water of the carpet after they steam it.

They did a botch up job according to my service and showed up and tried to ramp up the price when they got here. I was like no thank you. I don't need the service. I will go some where else. They finally agreed to the price that they originally quoted. The cleaning was fine. The actual service was great. This whole price situation was very frustrating. The misquoting my service and then trying to double the cost when they showed up left a very bad taste in my mouth. So, they should not do that.

I asked for a 9-10AM arrival via the website in a "Green" window of opportunity. I called the office the day before to confirm my appointment and to insure the on-site rug estimate was in the work order. On the day of the job, at 0855 I received a call from the office informing me of who was to arrive. At 0930 the technician arrived. Being the first job of the day, in a "Green" window, confirmed with the office verbally the day prior, I expected a 0900 arrival. It was apparent to me that the office called to insure I was there and ready prior to launching the technician. The rug estimate took sometime to complete and there was a certain amount of up-selling so that actual work did not begin until 1000. Phone calls from the office to the tech about future jobs that day also delayed my job. This was a large job and I was surprised that only one technician was assigned. The day before I moved the majority of the chairs and light furniture myself in preparation for the job. The technician worked quickly and efficiently but was only one person assigned to this large job, (7rooms, 6 rugs). A helper would have made the job faster and the drying start time earlier in the day for me. The product and application methods are industry standards of quality. The technician was knowledgeable and personable. I was ready for a expedited job completion with good results and was willing to pay a premium for the service and quality. I wish the administration of website orders thru the office to the technicians was more accurate and timely.

AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had to talk with the manager in order to use my Angies list purchased coupon. Then I was told I had to pay $40 to move my couch, coffee table and chair in the living room. They cleaned my carpet 1 month ago and I still can't get the lines off of my carpet. It's terrible. I vacuum and vacuum and they won't come up. I will NEVER use them again!!!

Price went up aggressively. The technician (also a sales person) was very personable but aggressive in letting me know what needed to be done in addition to the "deal". He led me believe he was giving me a break for additional work but when all was said and done and the bill was extremely high. I didn't get a "written" quote till the job was done. It was obvious to me that the technician (sales person) was a skilled quick talker. I contacted Dalworth to discuss this and they said I would be contacted after my complaint. I was never contacted. My advice would be not to get suckered into the "deal" and get caught up in a high energy sales pusher.

Pretty well, except the random $10 charge to my credit card after the fact. Carpets looked and smelled good though.
