I remember for the size of the house, the price was very good.  They were very professional and found out what they needed to do. They went right to work and just cleaned everything.  I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Arrived on time and proceeded to clean the floor tile and grout.  Very friendly and professional.  Did a very nice job.  Was very careful to protect the carpeted areas when going through the bedroom to the master bathroom.

Dalworth came and clean out the airduct and airvents in our 2 story house for $769.90.  They spent 3 hours doing the work.  My wife set this up as she had a coupon for duct cleaning at $18.99/vent.  They climbed up the attic, disconnect the air duct from the blower unit, cleaned them with a brush/vaccuum device, and showed me the i-phone video of the dust.  They also vaccuum the floor under the vent in the room where the dusts have fallen.  They then went to each room and hand clean the vent from the outside.  I was under the impression they would take the cover of the outside vent and clean each vent outside for the $18.99/vent, but was told it was not needed as they did the central vent cleaning already.  This was a bit more than the coupon provided by Angie's list for another Vent Cleaning Service ($250 or $100 off regular price), but I hope I got $500 worth of additional service.  The two person who came, Robert and Domique were very professional and thorough, hence I gave them an overall A rating despite my hang up with the price.  I even showed them the 3 reviews on Angie's List about their company service on air duct cleaning, which is somewhat odd for such a big company, considering our house was the 3rd of 4th scheduled for their crew today.  Very professional crew.

Carpets were not that dirty, just needed general cleaning. I had a problem with my office (cat urine) that I needed cleaned and they said they could do a pet treatment which cost and extra $167.00 for 16 sqft. I approved the cost and they cleaned the office which smelled good for a bit. The next day the smell was back. I call these guys back up and they sent the tech out. He used a probe and said he found the spot and hand cleaned the area. Needless to say the smell still remains and I just don't have time to keep calling thes guys out. What he should have done is just re-clean my whole 10 x 13 room. Not only did they not take care of my office, the chemicals they used got my grass in front of my house and guess what, now my grass is dead. So I call these guys and they said they would have to get with the owner and see what they could do for my grass. Its been three weeks and I still have not heard form the guys. THANKS

They do a good job. We tried another company and we weren't satisfied so we called them back. Their prices are reasonable.

Cleaning went well, cleaning person was on time and sofa looked good after work. But worker was very careless with his equipment dragging everything around and hitting walls and other furniture with the  hose he  used to clean the sofa.  He seemed annoyed to be there.

The two men came in, moved all the furniture onto the area rug so the wood floor would not be damaged. Furniture was vacuumed thoroughly, then spot treated, then steamed cleaned. Then the spray to protect the furniture was put on. Furniture was moved back into place. Rug was then vacuumed.

I have to say that dealing with Dalworth was an enjoyable experience. I stopped by their office when I dropped off rugs to be cleaned and I met Rick who treated me like family. He setup the appointment to clean the carpets in our rental house and gave me a terrific deal. All the people at their office were extremely friendly. 
The gentleman who actually cleaned my carpets was friendly and knowledgeable. He showed up right on time which is rare for contractors I have dealt with. The carpets were much cleaner than when we moved in and the landlady had the carpets professionally cleaned before we moved in.
Overall, these guys are the best in customer service and, more importantly, cleaning carpets.

We had one room that was extremely bad with pet urine due to a bladder infection.     When Dalworth came to clean the carpets, the technician said we really needed to replace the padding and treat the concrete floor.    We scheduled him to come back and do that treatment for us.    He arrived right on time and took care of everything.    Room and carpet look so much better!

Service over the phone was great. Results of carpet cleaning were terrible. Had to have them come back out to re - do the cleaning and when they did the technician was rude and gave me attitude because I asked him to do it all over again. Ended up having the field supervisor come out and look at the poor job his tech did. Was given a full refund due to the poor service.

The technician was prompt and courteous! He did a great job cleaning the carpets!!

They did a good job, and I have no complaints. We have used them before.
