Dalworth Clean

Everything went well.  They arrived on time, did a thorough job with the cleaning, and charged a competitive price.  I would recommend them to others.

We had three rooms and a hallway carpets cleaned and were very satisfied. They gave us a certificate for the cost of our cleaning to apply towards new wood flooring which we have considered and are now in the process of getting this scheduled. The estimate was satisfactory and we ended up receiving just over 800 in rebates against our original estimate.

I contacted Dalworth Cleaning based on the positive reviews provided by other Angie customers.  The office promptly assigned a serviceman to come to the house within a couple days.  The office  quoted me a price of $211.00 for cleaning and deodorizing the carpet in 3 bedrooms, which was suppose to be their best cleaning package  I also requested cleaning and deodorizing 3 hallway runners. The office said the serviceman assigned to the job would quote me a price when he got to the house.
The serviceman arrived at 8:15 am and came in to take a look at the work needed to be done.  He measured the hallway runners and initially quoted me a price of $35.00.  I wanted to make sure that the price included both cleaning and deodorizing.  He said no that did not include deodorizing and it would cost an additional $40.00 for a total of $75.00.  I thought that was excessive since each bedroom was costing less than $71.00 and told him I didn't want to pay that much for the runners.  He then changed his mind and said he had made a mistake on his calculation and to clean the runners, but not deodorizing, would actually cost $43.00.   I felt he was being dishonest, but needed the carpets cleaned, so,  I let him do the 3 bedrooms and the hallway runners (without the deodorizing).  He scratched out the initial price of $35.00 for the runners and wrote in $43.00 on the ticket.
Once he got the equipment into the house, he went outside and took a 10 to 15 minute call phone before completing the work. The entire job took less than 2 hours.  He arrived at 8:15 am and drove out at 10:15 am, which included getting the equipment into the house and putting it back into his truck, plus his phone call.  He said it would take about 4 hours for the carpets to dry.  However, I found he used so much water on the carpets that it took them over 24 hours to dry and I had to setup fans circulating for all that time.  What a mess and poor job I paid for.  
Just for other Angie customers information, this serviceman told me he was a contact worker and not a Dalworth employee. Obviously, I got the worst contract serviceman.

The worker that was sent out was very friendly, and informative.  I was concerned because my daughter had spilled red fingernail polish on the carpet.  I had made several attempts to clean it myself which helped but the stain was noticeably there.  The worker said he can try to remove the stain but was honest enough to say it may or may not help.  I was shocked and so pleased that the stain was barely noticeable.  He was also able to get rid of the dirt tracks that was made on the carpet.  I was very pleased with the service.

The Dry Steam was a little pricey but I needed the carpets to dry as fast as possible and wasn't sure if the regular cleaning would dry in time for my move. Technician did a great job.

Carpet looks good. I had thought that the steps and small hallway were in the final price but was not. I thought the price was a bit high due to the fact that there was no furniture in the house to be moved and house is only 10 months old.

They were great! The carpets came out looking great!

They were the same price or cheaper than other places I checked, plus they had the best rating. I'd use them again!

The job went good.  The technician evaluated my carpet and told me in advance what stains he thought would not come out and he was correct on those stains. The stains he pointed out did not come out.  The technician was very polite and very knowledgeable.

I gave a B on punctuality because I was given a time frame of 8:00 - 8:30 and they didn't arrive until 9:00.  I realize with all the construction they could have been delayed because of traffic, but in an effort to keep your trend on the positive, I believe they should always call and say they are running late.  Most people know technicians wind up being late, but it is more positive if you are let known so you aren't waiting and seeing if they forgot about you.

These guys are the best, have been using 14 years.

The carpets had been in storage for several months and had a strong dog urine odor. Dalworth has a reputation to washing carpets expertly, so I used them with a coupon to get wonderfully clean and fresh carpets back in 2 weeks. I am very pleased with the result!

I was extremely impressed by the professionalism of their call center in making the appointment.   They arrived on time, and were very nice.  Both men removed shoes and worked quietly as I work out of my home.   Best experience in having my carpet cleaned.

I did use them; they were good, just not as good as the other company that I used. I get my carpets cleaned every three or four months. They did more and did use Scotch Guard. I just was not as pleased with them. I would not use them again because I liked the other company better. They were not bad.

He came right on time and  prepped the floors for cleaning by vacuuming and moving the furniture if not too heavy. He worked his way through each room, vacuuming first and then cleaning. He put some fans out to help with drying.

Would use their services without hesitation.  The sales person, Ed White, was more than accommodating and provided excellent service in choosing the best carpeting for our situation.  We love it and it comes with a stain and spot removal service as well which will make their company stand out above all other companies.  The installation people were very personable and completed the work in a short amount of time.  We have used another company in the past but was really impressed with Dalworth for carpeting.

They did a great job cleaning the carpet and scheduling the appointment but when the technician left , he left dirt from the vacuum cleaners on my sidewalk and street.

They ended up not charging me anything because they could not completely get rid of the stain. They guarantee their work and gave me advice.
