It went well, very professional and did really a good job.

They were professional throughout. From initial contact to job completion. I would hire them again. Fair rates. Friendly and educational. They offer good advice and really felt they were trustworthy.

The chimney sweep barely peeked at my vent from the fireplace. And said all was good nothing needs to be done. Total of under 5 mins, including bringing in the tarp and setting it up etc. He proceeded to charge $85 for the inspection. Then I asked him if there is nothing else to inspect. He said there is nothing. Then I asked him to atleast check the chimney. He just walked to the backyard and eyeballed the chimney from a distance and said all is good. Thats it. No climbing up the ladder to inspect the chimney. He did not even look at the chimney from multiple angles. Nothing. I spoke to a neighbor who had a chimney inspection, where the inspector climbed up to the roof to really inspect the chimney. I felt the person who did my inspection barely did anything and was in and out under 5 mins, and charged $85 for it. The only useful thing from the visit was he answered some of my questions on how to use the fireplace.

He was very punctual and it was done in less than 1 hour. No mess was made that I had to clean up afterwards. Would hire again.

Got back to me immediately and came out the same day; that was great. The firebrick repair is good and has held up well so far. The issues were with the more minor repairs. The fireplace curtains were hung backwards, and then mortared in place, meaning that I cannot fix this myself and someone else will have to remove the mortar to get it hung correctly. Also, we discussed using masonry screws to fix the loose damper control, but instead it was mortared in place without consultation and looks sloppy as a result. Extra mortar was left on the damper control, and I still haven't gotten it all off. More consultation and neater, more accurate work would have gotten an A.

Great on time and professional

Excellent service and I got a great price using their Deal. Our dryer was not drying well at all. Our dryer vents out the roof and he was able to clean it out without removing the vent attached to the roof. Lots of lint came out resulting in great air flow. Our old dryer works like new now. I highly recommend!

Julian arrived on time and was polite and professional. The dryer vent was cleaned from the outside rather than from the inside, so we didn't have to move the dryer. Pleased with the work. Would recommend.

The service tech seemed competent but only put down one blanket. He took his time cleaning to let the soot fall down in small amounts. Toward the end of the cleaning we noticed some soot off the edge of the blanket and said we would clean it. After he left the soot kept falling and ended up all over our new leather couch limestone tile floor granddaughter’s toys and presents under the Christmas tree. We believe it was a bad filter on his wetvac or one that was not installed properly. BEWARE, it was a huge mess to clean up. I called the owner and he apologized and asked if we needed professional cleaning and we told him we would rather clean it ourselves and not rely upon any more “professionals” at this time. Although the owner did ask what he could do for me he did not offer to refund the cost of the chimney cleaning. Which was the least he could do.

The gentleman cleaned the chimney but left debris in the fire place and did not clean out the ash shoot.

Service initially had to be rescheduled because of weather (heavy rain) but All Gone was responsive and got the appointment rescheduled without too much delay. The tech was on time and professional. And the price was very competitive.
