I hadn’t used my chimney since buying my house so we wanted to have it cleaned and inspected before use. They were nice, professional and thorough. They up sold me on a sealing job and gave me a quote for a chimney cap repair. Overall it was a nice experience and I’d use them again.

They came out the same day I messaged through Angie's List. Completed the work quickly and did not charge for the full service since I did not need a chimney sweep after inspection was completed. Also discovered an issue on my roof and reported this to me.

THEY ARE DEFINITELY NOT PROFESSIONAL CHIMNEY SWEEPS!!! THIS IS A SIDE JOB TO BRUSH OUT THE LOWER PART OF THE CHIMNEY.

Tuesday they came out to provide us with a repair estimate. They were prompt, friendly and very professional. We were very happy with the estimate and were placed on the schedule to have the work done that same Friday. They performed the work in a very professional manner. We are very happy with the quality of work, and their professionalism. They even took the time to clean up the surrounding area outside following their work on the chimney. Definitely A+

Their tech Julian arrived right on time and within a couple of minutes I knew I had called the right company. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, no nonsense, and did not attempt to up sell me on something I did not need. Of all the technicians that came to inspect my chimney, Julian was the ONLY ONE who actually went to the top to look at the cap, and later showed me a photo of it. This was critical, as the cap appeared damaged from wildlife as I had suspected, but the chase was still in good shape. (Other companies wanted to sell me much more expensive options, even without inspection!) Julian wrote up a very reasonable estimate on the spot and verified that they would email a picture of the replacement cap, as I requested. There was a small glitch getting that picture, which required me to call or email the owner several times. But in a few days, I got the picture and scheduled the installation. They were able to come out that week, which was great because I was anxious to repair the leak. Julian & Rodney arrived 15 minutes earlier than expected, but another repair worker was still on the roof. Julian said “no problem” and pulled out a 20ft ladder and scaled the masonry chimney, without interfering with the other worker who I had expected to be gone by then. Julian also caulked the existing screws on top of the chase as he had promised. It was a windy day and I got white knuckles as I watched him climb off the ladder onto the chimney top to get the job done. Rodney was also very friendly to talk with. They were both in & out in 45 minutes and I have seen no more firebox water even though it has rained since. If I owned a business, I would want someone like Julian to work for me.
