Had to order part, but I could follow the order on line and it was here and installed when promised. The serviceman is neat and puts shoe covers on. They show you old part and what was wrong. Also found my vent was clogged and lint was all inside my dryer. I had no idea, could have been a fire danger. Great job SoBellas, will definitely use them again.

I did not like them and would not hire them again.  It wasn't done right and then I had to call them out again and it wasn't done right again; and when I called them again, they got very rude and nasty to me, so I would not call them any more.  If the work had been done right, the price would have been okay. The technician they sent out was not very knowledgeable.  I had a problem with the dryer too and at first he did not even want to touch the dryer; he didn't want to do anything with the dryer, but I insisted that he check the dryer.  When I called them and set the appointment, they came over when they said they would and they were there when they said they would, so that was okay.  I just know I would not recommend them and I would not hire them again.

Technician told me what was wrong. Redid some hoses so the top shelf was draining properly. Told me I needed a new rotor in the bottom drawer, gave me the company's price and showed me how to replace it if I wanted to replace it myself. After I replaced it, there was still a problem so another tech came out and showed me what I did wrong at no charge. Each time I called, a tech was out the same day. Even though the original price was a bit on the high side, the tech knew my machine (difficult as it is not common), knew what was wrong, and was very helpful. Then, they did not charge me for the second visit.

Abraham Lincoln said that when you are angry, sit down, write your response; but, then, in the morning rip it up and start new. Well, I have done that. I am genuinely appalled at the lack of transparency regarding my thermometer. I have been a faithful client of SoBellas for years. I have paid every just bill and have never complained. However, in the case of the bill I paid on Tuesday, NOV 15, 2016, I believe that SoBella took undo advantage of us. It is simply wrong. For the past 2 years I worked at the US Embassy in Mexico City. Whenever I or my wife came to El Paso for a visit, we had SoBella check our system. In fact, my wife purchased a maintenance contract. In September 2015 (while I was stationed at the Embassy in Mexico), SoBella put a new thermometer in the upstairs unit. Neither I nor my wife ever touched the thermometer for two years. SoBella's technician came for normal Winter maintenance on NOV 10, 2016. Neither my spouse nor I ever touched the thermometer after his visit. It worked fine for cooler air prior to his visit and never functioned again AFTER his visit. I believe that something that SoBella's technician may have done last on NOV 10th may have caused the problem because the unit never worked afterwards. Why, then, should I have been billed +$150 dollars for labor costs when it was SoBellas fault and not ours. I sent a message to SoBella; but, they never even responded.

We believe in providing the best customer service experience to our customers and apologize if you were not satisfied with your recent experience with us. We are very appreciative that you have been a customer of ours and appreciate your feedback as it allows us to continue to become a better company. On a previous service call, that took place in 9/24/2015 we had found that the thermostat was not working. It is at that point that we installed a new one which is the reason why it was covered under our 5-year warranty and 1-year labor warranty. The 1- year labor warranty had expired on 9/24/2016 however the 5-year warranty is still active. When our technician went to perform the seasonal maintenance on 11/14/2016 he found while checking the continuity of the thermostat that the thermostat itself was not working correctly. It is at that point that he provided you with a replacement thermostat. The only charge that took place was the labor because the labor warranty was expired. We kept compliant as always with our warranties and honored the replacement. We studied the call history and conducted an investigation with our technician team, however, did not find anything to suggest that our technician had caused any damage to the thermostat. Our previous service call had taken place on 11/10/2016 where we had conducted seasonal maintenance on both of your units. Our technician performed seasonal maintenance on both and some of the services that he performed were replacing filters, cleaned sensors and cabinets, checked for gas leaks or carbon monoxide. The wires and connections were fine and at that time the unit was ready for the season. Thermostats like any form of technology can give out. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused. Please let us know if you have any additional questions or concerns."

Called at noon on a Tuesday and Issac, the technician was at my door in a couple of hours. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and ordered the part needed before he left. He said he would take 3-5 days for the part to arrive. Other reviews mentioned that SoBella's prices were expensive, but the estimate given to us seemed reasonable and much more affordable than buying a new refrigerator. We decided to have it repaired and wait for the part. To my surprise, I received a call the following afternoon and Issac would be out to replace the part the next morning. And indeed he was and was done quickly. He made sure it was working properly before he left. I was very pleased with the service that was provided by both the company and Issac. I would use this service again and highly recommend it to others.

Not well. I was charged a $95. service fee, which is over twice the local rate, and for my trouble I was told that the part needed for the problem I reported is unavailable nationwide. Also. I received neither a discount for using Angies's List, nor a receipt. The receipt issue was resolved with an email receipt. I got a call from the manager, and he agreed with me that I could have been warned about an old machine and unavailable parts to avoid a service call. BUT when I suggested a partial refund might be appropriate he would not consider it. Although they were prompt and mostly professional, I cannot recommend SoBellas Home Services.

Called to schedule appointment with Sobellas after attempting to repair washing machine drain pump myself. First technician came to home and after a few minutes, said that I needed a new pump. I explained that I had just removed the pump and inspected it and that it didn't appear to have any serious problems but the technician wasn't interested in taking a look at it. Technician said that the work would require two people to replace the pump and gave me a quote that would cost more than a new washing machine. I decided to buy a new pump and replace it myself (even though I didn't think that was the issue) and, sure enough, washer still wasn't draining. Called Sobella's back and explained the situation and they offered to have another technician come out and take a look at no charge. I agreed and had a completely difference experience with the second technician (Issac). He was beyond helpful and knowledgeable. Explained exactly what was going on and did everything in his power to help me with my problem. He truly went above and beyond. With the exception of the first technician, I was very happy with the customer service and will use Sobellas again in the future.

The tech was extremely friendly and straight forward. Great communication. I highly recommend this company and will be doing business with them again. Very thorough job as well, as they tested for the reason the dryer failed and suggested us getting a service done, that they didn't offer so they weren't trying to sell to us, that would help prevent the failure to occur again.
