"I am very sorry for the poor service we provided you. I can assure you that no one lied to you. There is no reason to lie. Our staff are all paid by the hour, therefore if you fix it or not, if you pay $20 or $220, they get paid the same. There is no incentive for our staff to lie to a customer. Could we misdiagnose it, sure, but lie no. Beyond the point of assumed misdiagnosis, I stand behind the price that was quoted. If we were wrong we would happily refund any money needed to correct the issue properly. You refused service, you did not allow us to go back to finish any needed repairs. You did not allow us back to see if we indeed made a mistake. You never gave us any opportunity to resolve this issue to your satisfaction. Your response was you were keeping the part and you did not want our service anymore. Later you wanted us to come back to pick up the part and give your money back. Ill have to assume your not the one who lied, therefore you can keep the part or dispose of it and your credit card has already been refunded what you paid. Again we are all very sorry for not giving you the service we strive to give all our customers."
This was the second time I've relied on SoBellas Appliance for repair service for my elderly parents (which I pay for). Once I called about the broken heating element in my Mom's oven, the had someone at her house within a couple hours. The part had to be ordered, but a technician came out once it arrived and installed it. I appreciate the quick service and the respect that was shown to my parents.

I wont argue there are plenty of people who will charge less, but ask yourself what corners are they cutting with you, your appliance, and the safety of your family."
The technician was friendly and professional. I ended up not paying for additional service because he said the control panel would cost more than a new dishwasher. I was putting the house up for sale, so I didn't want to pay the additional cost. He said the dishwasher was in good working order.

We had a problem with it flooding a sub-drawer drain area and then freezing. The company responded to our inquiry promptly, and scheduled a tech very quickly. The tech was on time, was very professional, and diagnosed and located the issue right away. He explained how this problem was common in our model, and had been around for awhile; it had taken manufacturer a while to identify the problem, but now there was a fix for it. He implemented the fix, and all is perfect now. Great job overall.

"Im happy we got you taken care of. We are open 6 days per week, and we do allow online scheduling 24 hours per day, which i see you used this feature. Unfortunately you scheduled after we had closed on Saturday. We feel that allowing our team members time with their family is of the utmost importance. I understand that sending a fully stocked truck and a licensed technician to your house can get very expensive. I see our technician charged you $123.38 for the repair; if someone is doing it for less you might question what corners are they cutting. I hope nothing that affects your safety. If Angie charged you multiple times just give them a call, im sure they will correct those charges.
