Description of Work: All I needed was a new upper coil for my oven, which I told them in the beginning. After waiting 24 hours for a return call and another day for the tech to come out, he came and looked and said they would have to order the coil, which I knew from the beginning and was why I told them what I needed. That took a week of no response from them again and if I had not called them back, I don't know how much longer I would have had to wait. The service tech was excellent and did a good job. The responsiveness of the contact information was awful and the price was way too high.

Description of Work: We called to have the rubber seal on the washer door replaced, this was done on time and efficiently, however they found another problem and then another.... Since the repairs, the washer drum bangs when washing. They said it was bent due to the out of alignment condition caused by the rusted springs, however, it never made this noise prior to their work. We ended up buying a new washer drum and having it installed. It still bangs horribly and my husband reports that his calls are not returned. It may have been cheaper to replace the washer than to have service after service performed with no resolution of problems.

We have a 16 year old Maytag refrigerator, and the repairman inspected it and said it was in good shape other than needing a new part. He replaced it, and it has worked just fine since then. |

Description of Work: Had problem with burner lighting and wanted to make sure stove was level. |Technician came out and quoted $152.00 to clean burners. When I declined and asked if he could make sure my gas stove as level, he said "it looks O.K. to me" The certificate I bought covered $39 service call and $39 towards repair. Guess leveling is not included.

Description of Work: Very professional discovered a loose wire and made a quick repair. I really can't remember the price I was a bit surprised at the cost but I'd definitely use them again.

Description of Work: The tech was on time, professional, and took care of our problem. He fixed the water dispenser on the refrigerator and since it was a simple fix, it cost only the $39 fee.

Description of Work: I bought a deal for $39 for an appliance repair diagnostic call and $39 credit toward repair. I had an issue with the washer. Samsung wouldn’t honor their warranty. The tech was excellent. He came out with a computer.

Paul was on time, always called to let me know he was on the way. I had not heard of this company before finding it on Angie's List. Am very pleased with the company and the service.

Description of Work: Install of a heading coil and track down and replacement as well as install of an ice maker for my Samsung refrigerator.

Description of Work: Called for "service call" for washing machine. Initial contact was quick as was available appointment. Visit was made and evaluation completed with parts ordered. Upon receipt of the parts and installation, it was discovered that this didn't fix the issue. Had to schedule a second visit/evaluation, although it was covered under the guarantee. Parts had to be ordered again, but no additional charges for labor/installation. The second visit fixed all of the issues with my Samsung Top Loader washer. |Although the parts and labor weren't what I would call inexpensive, I was satisfied with the work when completed.
